4w ago - Rising Star Games developer Tyrone Walcott announced today that they are celebrating their 10th birthday with big PSN discounts!

Below are the details, as follows: It's time to celebrate! You might not realise it, but 2014 is the ten-year anniversary of Rising Star Games. Ten years!

The time has certainly flown by, but over the years we've always continued doing what we do best - bringing great titles from all over the world to people that love videogames.

4w ago - Sony Social Media Specialist Ryan Clements is here with the new PlayStation and PSN games for the upcoming week today, as follows:

What a weekend! Not only do some folks in the United States have a little extra time to play video games over the holiday, but it's PAX Prime 2014!

What better way to celebrate than getting ready for an interstellar mission teeming with teleportation, alien baddies, and super-cool effects? Velocity 2X is coming to PS4 and PS Vita this week.

Velocity 2X tasks players with outrunning and outsmarting the evil Vokh in white-knuckle space combat. Pilot your ship through precarious mazes, and head on-foot for even more up-close-and-personal challenges.

Master the use of your teleporting to blink through missions with blinding speed, and accomplish objectives with the steady thump of a sci-fi ready soundtrack. Velocity 2X is cross save, cross buy, and free for PlayStation Plus.

But that's not the only good news! Fan-favorite survival game Don't Starve comes to Vita this week, alongside Danganronpa 2: Goodbye Despair. For the full list of new games coming to the world of PlayStation, read on. And enjoy the Drop!

5w ago - Today Alex Wiltshire at Hello Games confirmed that Joe Danger is coming to PS Vita on September 2nd, 2014.

Below are the details, to quote: Hello! Let's get right to it!

We're excited to announce that our game Joe Danger will be launching for PS Vita on September 2nd via PlayStation Store!

And that's not all! PlayStation Plus members will get it for FREE as part of their September batch of games. Actually, you might already know this, because Sony's official PlayStation Plus September announcement has made that pretty clear.

We know it's been a bit of a wait, but we wanted to make sure it is perfect, and we're incredibly proud of what we've been able to achieve. It's everything you'd expect from Joe Danger in your hands.

It runs at a super smooth target of 60 frames per second, it's pin-sharp, and super colorful.

It features every level in the PS3 original, plus the never-before-released on PlayStation Laboratory levels, making 84 levels in total. That's a lot of game. Our UK indie friends Four Door Lemon have really helped us make it the perfect version.

What else... There are 25 characters to play as, a full set of Trophies to win, and the Vita version features a slightly tweaked control system so it plays really nicely. For the first...
