Speed freak will be happy this week, as not only do we have a Sonic Generations demo for you, (although you'll have to wait until tomorrow to snag it) but also the full Blu-Ray release of Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit explodes onto the Store for digital download.

Speaking of Sonic, the blue one celebrates his 20th Anniversary tomorrow and to celebrate our pals at SEGA are bringing you a great deal on Sonic content with the 20th Anniversary bundle - Sonic, Sonic 2, Sonic 4 Episode 1, Sonic Adventure (and DX add-on), and the Sonic 4 dynamic theme are all available at a reduced bundle price for only 20 days, so if you're a lover of the speedy little hedgehog then nab it while you can.

Video: Deus Ex: Human Revolution for PS3 from E3 2011

148w ago - Eidos Montreal Community Manager Kyle Stallock has posted up some new video footage of Deus Ex: Human Revolution for PS3 today from this year's E3 convention.

To quote: Demoing a game like Deus Ex: HR isn't easy, but it also isn't boring. As you can see in the video, sometimes our strategies don't go as planned, so we must improvise and adapt.

Adam, the man behind the controller (who coincidentally shares a first name with the game's protagonist Adam Jensen), does just that by showing viewers multiple solutions to potential problems. Would you have played differently than Adam? Let us know below.

If you enjoyed hearing someone from Eidos-Montreal answer user-submitted questions, I recommend heading over to our tumblr page.

There, members of the dev team, including myself, game director Jean-Francois Dugas, and more, read and respond to users. No question is too crazy, or too boring, so flood our inbox!

As always, thank you for your continued support. We all appreciate the comments, criticisms, and general interest, whether it's positive OR negative, we've received. And I'd like to personally say it's truly a pleasure to be the community manager for such...

European PSN Game Store Updates for June 15, 2011

148w ago - Today Ross McGrath of SCEE's PlayStation Store Team is here with this weeks European PSN Game Store updates.

To quote: We've got plenty of goodies for you this week and leading the way is Duels of the Planeswalkers 2012, the sequel to the fiendishly addictive Duels of the Planeswalkers, which we've just recently made available to you all as part of your subscription through PlayStation Plus and the Welcome Back program.

If you're a full, paying Plus subscriber, you can pick this new edition up, complete with brand new decks and game modes at 20% off the very reasonable asking price of €8.99 - but if you're a 30 day Welcome Back Plus subscriber, don't fret - we do have some more free and discounted content for you guys coming 22nd June.

Other notable mentions this week are the third instalment of Back to the Future, Midnight Club LA from the mighty Rockstar, and PSP offerings from THQ and Disney. Namco Bandai bless us with a new PSone Classic in the form of Tekken, two previously Plus exclusive minis and more DLC than you can shake a rather large stick at.

Don't forget you can still get the Rockstar Pass, which nets you all the LA Noire DLC at a reduced price for a limited time, and we've got a small sale on Rock Band content for this week only.

149w ago - Today Ross McGrath of the SCEE PlayStation Store Team has detailed this week's Sony European PSN Game Store updates today, as follows:

PlayStation Store (via PS3, PSP and Media Go)

Hello one and all, and welcome to another PSN Store 'Heads Up'date.

If you have not already noticed, we have some lovely E3 content for you live on the Store right now, with more to come - make sure to check out the videos from the industry's biggest event of the year, with loads of PS Vita footage for you to enjoy.

Sadly, once again I cannot be with you today as I am currently in sunny Los Angeles attending said event, but this evening (ie; the middle of the night, tonight) I faithfully promise to get on and do a few comments for you, since I failed so miserably on Monday. Jet lag is not nice, by the way.

You may notice a distinct lack of Special Offers this week, for the first time in quite a while - don't fret, there are good things around the corner.

A quick honorable mention for Beyond Good & Evil, which joins us this week, both on the Store and at 20% off in Plus - it'll be available for two weeks, for both Welcome Back Plus users, as well as Standard Plus users - grab it for the reduced price while you can!...
