30w ago - Sony Content Manager Chris Howe shared a PlayStation Plus Store preview of the June 2013 content updates today.
Below are the details, as follows: Hi everyone! It's that time of the month again where we update you on all the new PlayStation Plus content coming your way in June.
As usual there are three new PS3 game and two for PS Vita in the line-up for June, as well as great titles such as Catherine, Thomas Was Alone and Malicious that are already available.
New PlayStation 3 titles
I'm personally very excited about the hero title for next month - EA's RPG adventure Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning.
From the genius creative minds of bestselling author R.A. Salvatore, Spawn creator Todd McFarlane, and Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion lead designer Ken Rolston, Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning follows the story of a resurrected hero known as the "Fateless One", who embarks on a quest to discover the secrets behind his own fate. Sounds pretty epic right?
Moving swiftly on, if you missed it in the Knights and Witches Sale blog I am very happy to confirm that as of 29th May, Plus subscribers can also download ICO and Shadow of the Colossus HD, both developed by our very own Japan Studio.
ICO follows a mysterious boy who has been expelled...

30w ago - Today Mark Rabo of the Sound Shapes Team posted up a video confirming that Spring 2013 has sprung with new DLC arriving as detailed below.
To quote: The sun is shining, the birds are chirping, and "wub" is in the air... and with the spring comes a new blast of Sound Shapes DLC.
Two unique sound packs are available right now and in just a couple weeks we're stuffing the Community Milkcrate with more albums from guest curators - more on that below after this brand new video showcasing our new 80's and Dubstep Sound Packs.
First the sound packs. The 80′s pack brings the synth-poppy melodies and digital drum beats inspired by the neon decade when big hair and leg warmers ruled the lands.
If that's too gaudy for you, dive into the dark and dirty world of the Dubstep Sound Pack with the lurching, wobbling, big bass drops straight from the streets of London. Will you dare to combine the two?
Both packs each include new notes, loops, five new Beat School levels, and five Trophies.
And later this month we roll out a special installment of the Milkcrate, our carefully curated collection of Community levels. What's so special? Well, we asked some of our favorite people to hand-pick...
30w ago - Earlier today a purported PlayStation 4 / PS4 E3 2013 trailer went viral on YouTube, and has since been confirmed as a fake by Sony.
Below are the details via Kotaku (linked above) alongside the PlayStation 4 / PS4 trailer for those who missed it:
That Cool 'PS4 Teaser' Is A Fake, Sony Says - Whoever made this clip wants you to believe it’s the first look at the PlayStation 4 hardware. But, Sony tells me it's a fake. Too bad.
Nevertheless, I wouldn't blame someone just wandering over onto the Internet for guessing it wasn't. Let's consider the footage, shall we? Sure, E3 is right around the corner and the super-slick 44-second video seems like it might be the work of a professional creative shop.
The facial reaction shots are intercut with looks at an already-announced PS4 game - Infamous: Second Son, in case it's not clear - and hardware but the images and video in those segments are readily available all over the Web. And the supposed hardware could be one of the many fan-made renders that are jostling for attention on the Internet.
Granted, this could be the work of MOFILM, the firm that Sony recently hired to handle crowd-sourced advertising. As good as it looks, it almost certainly be the work of a dedicated fan looking to capitalize on the excitement leading...
