Killzone 2 DLC 'Steel & Titanium' Map Pack for PS3 Revealed

50°
262w ago - As a follow-up to the initial Killzone 2 DLC announcement, the details have now been revealed as follows:

It's a map pack entitled Steel & Titanium. There will be two new maps in the pack; the first will be on the ISA flagship the New Sun (vertical play), and a map featuring 2 Helghan trains running right next to each other with environmental gotchas if you're in the wrong place at the wrong time.

Both are obviously ripped out of the single player missions; nevertheless, they sound fun.

Time-frame is end of April; no price announced but that doesn't mean it's free...

Oh yes, Guerrilla is working on map pack 2 already and the word to think about is "Retro."

More Fallout 3 DLC Announced for XBox 360, No Mention of PS3

300°
263w ago - Fallout 3 lead designer Emil Pagliarulo has recently revealed that more downloadable content is on the way for Fallout 3 on the Xbox 360 and PC, but there was no mention of any content appearing for the Sony PS3.

Xbox 360 and PC owners have just been treated to 'The Pitt', the 2nd pack so far for the popular game.

When speaking at GDC 09, Pagliarulo stated: "I can say we're working on lots of DLC, lots of stuff brewing up here. God only knows where that may go. What famous landmarks can we destroy next?"

As reported from Shacknews, a third DLC pack titled "Broken Steel," will arrive next month and will continue from where the main game ended.

Let us know what you think of the announcement. Even though they have not come out and said it directly, it looks as if Microsoft have once again secured some exclusive content from Bethesda and PS3 owners are left waiting in the cold.
