So, everyone else loves the ZR1, but why was it picked for the cover of Gran Turismo's PSP debut? Well, who better to explain that than the man behind GT himself, Kazunori Yamauchi, as follows:

"With all the automotive industry in the world at a crisis, I know that North American automakers are especially in a very difficult situation, and I understand the background and the reasons behind this.

And I can easily envision these things...

282w ago - According to XBoxEvolved (linked above), graphics programmer Ryan Geiss may have unveiled the new XBox 360 rumored to be coming along with its name.

To quote: Graphics programmer Ryan Geiss posted a news blog on his [Register or Login to view links] where he states:

"I can finally disclose that I'm one of the core developers of the human-tracking algorithms for [Register or Login to view links], bringing full-body motion control to the XBox 360+"

Note that last part... typo? Or did he slip up and say something he was not supposed to? Still yet, it would be a rather unlikely typo to make considering you have to hold shift down for a +.

This could mean that the new XBox 360, rumored to come bundled with Project Natal and possible 1TB HDD SKUs would be called XBox 360+ or "plus".

Comic-Con '09: Uncharted 2's Gold Rush Revealed for PS3

50°
282w ago - Sony's Social Media Manager Jeff Rubenstein shared an update from this year's Comic-Con today covering Uncharted 2's Gold Rush.

To quote: Unlike last year, there's been a bit of space between E3 and Comic-Con this year, and that means: the games on hand have had a couple of months to be refined.

That was acutely on display over at the Uncharted 2: Among Thieves area of the PlayStation booth. Naughty Dog unveiled a new co-op gameplay type, Gold Rush, but that was only part of the story.

As a veteran of the Uncharted 2 beta, the visual and gameplay enhancements were evident as soon as I picked up the controller.

Naughty Dog's Arne Meyer explains Gold Rush, and (at the end) shows you why you need to drop by and play the demo at this Comic-Con if you can make it.
