19w ago - Following up on their previous update, today Sony revealed some details on PS4 System Software / Firmware Update 1.70 which includes Share Enhancements and HDCP Off, may include PlayStation 4 game sorting and is incoming next week according to industry insider Tidux via NeoGAF.

Below are the details, to quote: "One of the touted features to be included in PS4 Firmware Version 1.70 was an editing suite. While Sony didn't provide any details about what exactly the suite would allow you to do, any upgrade is a welcomed upgrade from the Share features current video editor.

According to AV Forums user Cha1ky (via avforums.com/threads/ps4-firmware-update-1-61.1855953/page-6#post-20478251), the video suite might not be ready in time for the upcoming update. When asked by members of the forum about the arrival date of the update, Cha1ky stated that it should be this month... around [April] 22nd-25th.

31w ago - Following up on their previous PlayStation 4 update, although not officially announced by Sony (yet) today reports suggest that PS4 System Software / Firmware Update 1.60 is incoming with rumored changes detailed below.

From The Z, to quote: Even though Sony did not officially announced the PS4 Firmware 1.60 yet, there are already some rumours about an upcoming PS4 Firmware Update 1.60.
