133w ago - Update: According to OriginalGamster.com, Konami confirmed that the new Metal Gear Solid 4 PS3 box listing trophies is unfortunately a misprint.

Today PlayStationLifeStyle.net (linked above) reports that the new Metal Gear Solid 4 PS3 box lists PlayStation 3 Trophies concluding that long-awaited PS3 trophy support for the Konami title is incoming!

To quote: "The new "Greatest Hits" packaging for Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots is currently hitting retailers everywhere, and the rear of the game case offers much hope for trophies finally being enabled for the PS3 exclusive.

While this isn't a confirmation, and we have seen some mistakes on game cases in the past, it certainly offers a glimmer of hope for a MGS4 trophy patch.

On the rear of the new MGS4 Greatest Hits edition case reveals -- as seen on all PS3 games -- a short list of PlayStation Network features available in the title. The list shows it as having online multiplayer, voice chat and... trophies!"

If you want to earn Gold ratings on maps, you have to avoid losing your score multiplier too much. It's better to fly home and heal before getting wounded all the way to zero. And always keep an eye out for those sneaky burglers.
• Armor up for safety! The denizens of the realm are not friendly. Knights and archers make for challenging foes when they come in groups. While upgrading Speed and Fire Breath are sexy, improving your Armor can be key to good scores. If you find yourself constantly getting injured and sent back to your hoard, you probably need tougher scales! Having a few extra hit points means you can make mistakes and not get punished for it.

138w ago - NIS America's PR/Marketing Coordinator Nao Zook has announced today that Atelier Rorona for PS3 ships tomorrow, and he has revealed a list of 53 PlayStation 3 Trophies for the video game, as follows:

I just wanted to quickly drop by (so it will be a short post!) and remind you guys that Atelier Rorona: The Alchemist of Arland will be shipped tomorrow, 9/28, exclusively to PS3!

I've been hearing from many of our fans that they just can't wait until the release date of Atelier Rorona ... But there's no need to wait any longer! Well, just one more day.

139w ago - Update: PS3 Timestamp Generator v1.1 is now available, which fixes a bug which valid numbers don't generate properly.

Over the weekend a guide was posted on how to Platinum any PS3 game instantly, and today I'm releasing my PS3 Timestamp Generator tool that allows you to generate timestamps for all of your hacked PlayStation 3 Trophies making you look more legit ever than before.

Note - I haven't tested this on a different platform yet. This was compiled with VS2010 (C#) and .NET Framework 3.5. So, please report me any bug you may have encountered.

Make sure you put correct numbers into the six text boxes, e.g.

2009 20 02 02 49 35

Don't put one digits, illegal numbers or non-numeric characters,
otherwise the program won't generate for you.

Once generated, copy the hex, open your TROPUSR.DAT with a hex editor and paste the hex underneath the line where it says a trophy ID. E.g:

0x21e0: 00 00...

140w ago - Update: Phidyos has now released an application called GetYourPlatinum v1.0 which will unlock all PS3 trophies with random timestamps (2010).

Today Inaudax at NextGenUpdate.com (linked above) has shared how to Platinum Trophy any PS3 game instantly, and made available a guide and video below along with another from Sh1m3oN to unlock PS3 Trophies.

• An exploited PS3 (JailBroken) on 3.41
• PC with Hex Editor Neo (recommended)
