Well the same user "Call me Zeny" has emailed me with an actual video. I am pretty skeptical if this is real though considering the background itself has changed a bit.

If this is really fake then its a damn good fake, nonetheless enjoy it.

Edit: He just emailed us with this picture (below).

Check out the video below: Leaked, Fake or Not- You decide!

GDC '09: Bungie Still Working on Halo 3 XBox 360 Content

296w ago - At the Game Developer's Conference in San Francisco, Bungie producer Allen Murray gave a talk about the studio's production process, which has gone through a major evolution of late.

Formerly a one-project shop, Bungie has changed its approach to facilitate the development of multiple projects simultaneously. That's good news for gamers.

We've known for some time that Bungie is working on an entirely new intellectual property, and Murray noted that a development team is hard at work on that project. But that doesn't mean Bungie plans to close the book on Halo 3 after the ODST expansion ships this summer.

According to Murray, the studio just finished a crunch - a short period of intense production to meet a development milestone - on ODST and another project, which he didn't name.

He could have been referring to the [Register or Login to view links], which was bundled with the Halo Wars Limited Edition in early March and will be distributed over Xbox Live on April 9. Or he could have been hinting that there's another expansion, multiplayer pack or surprise on the way.

"Halo 3 took two and a half years to make, and we're still working on it," Murray said. "We'll probably be working on it for two more years."

Microsoft Settles Patent Infringement Lawsuit Over Halo & XBox

297w ago - Microsoft Corp. said Thursday it settled a patent-infringement suit in which a New York company was demanding $90 million in royalties on the Xbox video game system.

Financial terms weren't disclosed, Microsoft spokesman David Bowermaster said, adding that it was an "amicable agreement." The settlement cuts short a trial that started this week over the suit, filed by closely held PalTalk Holdings Inc.

"The parties have settled the case, and PalTalk is quite pleased with the outcome," Max Tribble, a PalTalk lawyer, said in a phone interview.

In opening statements Monday, Tribble said that "Halo" first-person shooter games and the Xbox console on which they are played infringe two patents for inventions developed by MPath Interactive Inc. PalTalk bought the patents for less than $200,000, Microsoft's lawyer, David Pritikin, told the federal jury in Marshall, Texas.

The trial centered on technology for ways to control interactive applications over multiple computers. MPath was "a pioneer in the online video industry in the area of real-time, multiplayer online games," Tribble said. Tribble didn't immediately return a call to his office.

Microsoft Sued Over Patents on XBox Console and Halo Games

298w ago - Microsoft Corp., the world's largest software maker, should pay a New York company $90 million for using its inventions in the Xbox video-game system, a lawyer told a federal jury yesterday.

To quote: PalTalk Holdings Inc. says Halo games and the Xbox console on which they are played infringe two patents for inventions developed by MPath Interactive Inc. PalTalk bought the patents for less than $200,000, Microsoft lawyer David Pritikin said.

The trial in Marshall, Texas, centers on technology for ways to control interactive applications over multiple computers. MPath was "a pioneer in the online video industry in the area of real-time, multiplayer online games," PalTalk lawyer Max Tribble told the jury.

"Microsoft had many meetings with MPath regarding their technology, and Microsoft found the technology to be very valuable," he said.

Microsoft said it did review the inventions and chose a different path in developing its games. The technology is for an older dial-up method of communicating between computers and "the patents don't cover the way the Halo games work," Pritikin said.

Microsoft also is challenging the validity of the PalTalk patents and told the jury that, even if it agrees with PalTalk, "the patents aren't worth much, certainly not $90 million."
