214w ago - SCEA Public Relations Rep Jennifer Hallett has confirmed that Sly Collection, The Fight: Lights Out and SingStar Dance are all officially hitting PS3 today alongside some PlayStation 3 DLC packs.

To quote: Three great PS3 titles are hitting store shelves today: The Fight: Lights Out, SingStar Dance, and The Sly Collection are now available for $39.99 and make a great buy for anyone on your holiday shopping list.

For the underground bare-knuckle brawling fanatic or family fitness buff, The Fight: Lights Out takes the fighting genre to a new level of realism as the PlayStation Move tracks players' movements with one-to-one precision as they brawl their way to the top of the underground fighting circuit (under the tutelage of one Danny Trejo).

The Fight: Lights Out features a robust single-player career mode, online and offline multiplayer, a calorie counter feature, and is playable in optional stereoscopic 3D to create an immersive interactive experience.

Also available today are eight consumable DLC packs for The Fight, priced at $0.99 each, with each pack containing 10 uses. Each use enables you with enhanced abilities specific to your pack of choice for the duration of one match.

You can purchase these consumable DLC packs both in-game and through the PlayStation...

Video: Machete Molds You Into a Badass in The Fight: Lights Out

214w ago - Sony Social Media Manager Jeff Rubenstein has shared a video today spotlighting Machete in The Fight: Lights Out for PlayStation Move on PS3.

To quote: When we got our first beta build of The Fight: Lights Out, we were ecstatic to find that [Register or Login to view links] was in it, starring as your trainer, Duke.

You may not know the name, but you've probably seen this bad-ass in movies like Con Air, Machete, and From Dusk Til Dawn (where, as a vampire bartender, he was awesomely impaled with a cue stick).

So when we met him recently, it was a treat to find out that he's not just some paid celebrity shill; he could pick up a pair of PlayStation Move controllers and wipe the floor with dudes in The Fight: Lights Out.

And as a guy with some boxing experience - in prison no less - Danny had some fight tips to share with us. The Fight: Lights Out is available tomorrow, exclusively for PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Move.

If you're a fan of Mr. Trejo, stay tuned to our [Register or Login to view links]. Danny signed some posters for you PlayStation fans, and we'll be giving them out soon.

215w ago - Sony's Senior Social Media Specialist Rey Gutierrez has made available a video spotlighting The Fight: Lights Out for PlayStation Move on PS3 today.

To quote: On November 9th you will finally have your opportunity to infiltrate the dark under belly of the city streets and fight your way through merciless opponents that will stop at nothing to keep you from being the top bare-knuckle boxer in The Fight: Lights Out.

Only with the power and precision of the PlayStation Move can you truly unleash uppercuts, elbows and even vicious dirty moves like the Bullcharge, Double Hammer and Elbow Hook with true 1:1 game play.

But don't take my word for it, PlayStation's own Executive Producer, Kyle Shubel gives us a quick jab to the gut when he reveals what you'll expect the moment you first plunge into The Fight: Lights Out in the video below.

Keep an eye out for Danny Trejo. He's Duke, your trainer in The Fight: Lights out. Jeff interviews him, and it's pretty great – stay tuned for that video next week.

Video: PlayStation Move Developer Diary - The Fight: Lights Out

244w ago - Producer John McLaughlin has made available a new PlayStation Move Developer Diary video today dubbed The Fight: Lights Out.

To quote: We had a really positive response from everyone who played the game at the Game Developers Conference under the working title, "Motion Fighter," and since then we've been working hard on getting the game together. We're currently in an alpha state and things are starting to look sweet.

We've conducted a ton of motion capture to ensure that every punch, every hit reaction, every dirty move and every hard-hitting knockout makes the player feel right in the thick of the action.

So get ready to go blow-for-blow in the fight of your life because now, only with PS3 and the PlayStation Move motion controller, you'll be able to throw punches with total precision. Throw jabs, hooks and uppercuts any way you like, just as you would in real life. Duck, bob and weave in real-time with the PlayStation Eye tracking your head movements.

Don't think you're much of a fighter? Well, it doesn't matter – just fight dirty instead! Launch a two-handed ear drum burst to stun your opponent and follow up with a sly elbow to the face. Grab hold of his ears, head-butt him and then finish him off with...
