The video's caption simply reads: New Wii Application Announcement by Waninkoko and kwiirk.
It seems he only waited for the cIOS-USB_2.0 release to accomplish the job.
It works on the new FW 4.0 but i dont know if it will be the original or the patched one.But im guess it will be the patched one. Also the games first have to be installed onto the usb-hdd (usb-pan?).You could do this with the USB Loader itself.
The Vid shows the loader, a few games booting and running and the installation of a game. Im pretty sure this will be the long awaited software holy grail for some Wii hb users.

The process is a bit more involved then that as outlined in the quote below. The Wii's NAND is the internal flash that stores all of the System Menu, VC games, game saves, etc... It's a good idea to make a backup of your NAND before you start messing around with installing customization hacks as you can restore it using an Infectus chip if you brick it beyond repair.
To quote: This app dumps to USB and SD: If an usb device is plugged in it will dump to usb. If no usb device is inserted it will dump to sd
To extract the dump you need your NAND AES KEY, you can get that by using Xyzzy. If you have runned xyzzy there is a file called keys.txt in the root of your sd card. Open it and look for NAND AES KEY.
Now make a folder called keys in c: and open your favorite hex editor and copy the NAND AES CODE from keys.txt into your hex editor and save the file as nand-key.bin in the keys folder.
Now just run "extract.exe" and select the nand-dump.img...
249w ago - Today Hell Hibou has updated Wii Homebrew Launcher to v1.0 for the Nintend Wii console.
For those unaware, Wii Homebrew Launcher is an interface similar to that of the Wii menu. It allows you to start homebrew stored on your SD card in the Wii front SD slot. Each program is represented by its own customizable "channel".
• The file path dol / elf password as an argument to homebrew is correct (he pointed to the parent folder).
• Various changes related to libfat.
• The chain was moving subjects.
• Re-activation of the music font.
• The music is re-refresh when changing theme.
• Pooling of some source files with the library MyFS.
• Inclusion of Wii GameCube Homebrew Launcher to launch GameCube homebrew.
• The GameCube loader tries again to play a DVD GameCube (better compatibility with SD-Boot) and creates a dummy if GameId
there is not in the drive.
• Dissemination of sources under the GNU General Public License
253w ago - Another PS3 Media Server update is upon us, and to quote developer ps3mediaserver:
Here's the new version!... some explanations about the new "video copy" feature: in previous versions, you couldn't copy any transcoded videos on your ps3, due to a virtual size of 94gb... now it's possible, with this option enabled.
Be careful: if you want to use that feature, it's recommended to set a reasonable bandwidth limit in transcode options, because transcoded videos will have no fixed size, and you could fill up your ps3's hard drive pretty quickly with default settings !
. New option to enable video copy on ps3
. RAW images thumbnail support: CR2/CRW/PEF/NEF/ORF/SRF/MRW/DNG/ARW/RAF
. New extensions supported: SHN/M2V/M2P
. tsMuxer engine can now mux or reencode in AC3/PCM all audio tracks in real time
. Add the experimental mencoder build...
