Injustice: Gods Among Us Ultimate Edition Out Today, 6 DLC Fighters

50°
36w ago - Sony Senior Producer Adam Urbano at NetherRealm Studios announced today that Injustice: Gods Among Us Ultimate Edition is officially out today and includes 6 DLC fighters.

To quote: Today's launch of the Injustice: Gods Among Us Ultimate Edition represents the non-stop efforts of a huge group of talented developers who have been hard at work since Injustice hit store shelves.

We had two lofty goals: support our fans with more additional content than any other fighting game, and make this Ultimate Edition package available on the same day for all PlayStation fans - regardless of their favorite platform.

Players can experience Injustice: Gods Among Us Ultimate Edition on PS3 and PS Vita. And for everyone lucky enough to get a PS4 on launch day, they can experience the game running at 60 frames per second in native 1080p!

In addition to the awesome PS4 architecture that allowed us to go with 1080p at 60 FPS, the new features of the hardware fit Injustice perfectly, and even allowed us to add support for wish-list features like video sharing in a more seamless way than we ever thought possible.

The first time we pushed the "share" button on a PS4 controller and saw how streaming gameplay to the web just worked, we knew this technology had the ability to offer...

Sony Announces Ratchet & Clank: Into the Nexus Out Today on PS3

36w ago - Insomniac Games Community Lead James Stevenson announced today that Ratchet & Clank: Into the Nexus is out today on PS3.

To quote: Hey everyone, It's been an incredible seven years for us here at Insomniac on the PlayStation 3. And today celebrates that heritage with the release of our 10th game for the platform: Ratchet & Clank: Into the Nexus.

The epilogue to our acclaimed Ratchet & Clank Future saga, this game is a love-letter to our fans. It gets back to the classic story-based Ratchet & Clank adventure, with brand new weapons, villain, planets, and an all-new story.

It's a compact Ratchet adventure you can download via PSN or buy on blu-ray disc for a great price of $29.99 (MSRP). On top of that, all copies of the game come with an entitlement for a free download of Ratchet & Clank Future: Quest For Booty, so there's even more value!

But don't take my word for it. We've already gotten a ton of great reviews on the game. And after all of that, if you're still on the fence, perhaps this awesome launch trailer will give you a push over the edge, and sway you to have one more go with Ratchet on your PS3.

We're really excited to close out Ratchet's PS3 era with a game that we made for...

NIS America Confirms The Guided Fate Paradox is Out Today on PS3

50°
37w ago - NIS America Marketing Coordinator David Alonzo confirmed that The Guided Fate Paradox is out today on PS3 with details below.

To quote: Hey, doods! Your humble Prinny David from NIS America again, and I'm here to ask: are you prepared? Have you made peace with your social life?

Because The Guided Fate Paradox is finally upon us - out in stores today and on PlayStation Store. Now then, gather ye 'round, that we may bear witness to the glory that is this story-based roguelike!

In The Guided Fate Paradox, Renya Kagurazaka is an ordinary high school student who wins a mall lottery and becomes a god! Guided by an angel named Lilliel, he learns that a god's job isn't just sitting around in the clouds.

He must help people (And mermaids, and zombies...) by guiding them to their proper fates - a task that can only be done in the Copy World, which renders each person's fate into a different, randomly-generated dungeon. There, Renya can lay a hammer of judgment down on the aberrations holding these folks back from their fates.

And you don't just have hammers, either. You've got tank treads, a Prinny hat, electric plug hands there are hundreds of items you can equip, each with their own unique "Divine Skill" attached, which will help you blast your way through these dungeons....

Zen Studios Confirms CastleStorm is Out Today on PS3 and PS Vita

50°
37w ago - Zen Studios Community Manager Bobby Loertscher confirmed that CastleStorm is out today on PS3 and PS Vita platforms.

To quote: If you like building castles, destroying castles, knights, vikings, war, weapons, spells, troops, multiplayer, PS3, PS Vita, cross buy, well... CastleStorm is your game! CastleStorm launches today for both PS3 and PS Vita.

For those of you getting ready to play later today, we thought it would be nice to give you some tips on using the ballista, the primary weapon mounted just above your castle's gate.

Starting out, you'll utilize the low-powered, quick-spawning javelin, while the vikings fire harpoons. As the game progresses, you'll unlock more projectiles for your arsenal and upgrade these with gold you earn during missions.

The javelins and harpoons have the shortest regeneration period and will be your best asset in early levels. Getting five kills at once activates a shooting frenzy, which means you can shoot all projectiles in rapid succession for a few seconds. No regeneration period means you can do a lot of damage in a short amount of time, so don't hesitate to fire away.

While javelins are meant for targeting specific enemies on the ground, the Knights' Apple Grenade can either be used to take out a cluster of oncoming enemies,...
