164w ago - Today SCEE Blog Manager James Gallagher has detailed the new PlayStation Plus content that is available for subscribers.
To quote: Last Wednesday, I promised that the Hustle Kings Full Game Trial would be available from the Plus section of PlayStation Store by the following day and it didn't happen.
However, we haven't forgotten and it will be included in tomorrow's PlayStation Store update.
Moving on, many of you have been asking what time you will be able to download the Killzone 3 theme that grants access to the Killzone 3 beta to the first 10,000 SCEE Plus subscribers who download it.
We have been discussing which time is best for everyone and we can now confirm that it will go live in the EU PlayStation Store at 8pm in the UK, 9pm CET and 6am in Sydney, Australia on 13 October.
*We would like to point out that, at this very early stage in the game's development, the Killzone 3 beta will only support the English language. Let us assure you that the final game will be fully localised and there will be opportunities for non-English speakers to experience it in their mother tongue as we get closer to release. Fortunately, the headshot is an international language.
Another common piece of feedback is that you were unhappy with the lack...
164w ago - Sony's Senior Social Media Specialist Sid Shuman has shared new information today on the upcoming video game TRON Evolution for PS3, including PlayStation 3 multiplayer, 3D and PlayStation Move details.
To quote: TRON: Evolution is formally considered the second entry in the TRON trilogy, bridging the fiction between the 1982 film and the upcoming film TRON: Legacy.
But in addition to its new single-player story, TRON: Evolution will also serve up a comprehensive multiplayer mode complete with a player progression system, upgradeable weapons, and driveable vehicles. The new video below will give you a taste of what's in store.
I spoke with TRON: Evolution's design director, Chris Whiteside, to learn more about the scope of multiplayer and how stereoscopic 3D support will add to the experience (and possibly improve your aim).
And though details on PlayStation Move support are still scarce – sadly, it wasn't playable at the event – I was able to tease out a few details about how it will work when the final game ships this December.
Sid Shuman: Visually, TRON: Evolution looks to be showing many new visual effects since its last appearance....

Most important things first: as well as the store update below we'll also be releasing a SingStar update this Wednesday (06 October 2010) so please bear with us while we're offline from 08.00 until 18.00 BST that day. We'll try and be back online as soon as possible.
Once you have downloaded the update you will be able to explore the brand new 'My SingStore' area on the SingStore where you can access your purchase history from now on and be able to upgrade your songs in future.
The 'Play SingStar' menu also has been rejigged a little including the renaming of gameplay modes plus the player setup screen and score screens have also been updated. You'll also notice a few new icons throughout the game so I've listed them below for you.
And who am I to not mention my favourite tracks from the update this week, huh? Definitely on the download list: George Michael, Billy Ocean, Cascada and Rosenstolz's 'Ich Geh In Flammen Auf'.
Finally, we're so chuffed that Gary and Robbie are united again that we just had to get our second Take That song pack...

Not long ago, our friends at O-Games announced here on the blog that Superstars V8 Racing would be launching in North America exclusively on PlayStation Network as a download with all of the trimmings of a retail game for only $19.99.
Today we're here to let you know that the date is officially set for October 26th - and we'd love to tell you more about our studio and the work we put into the project since its inception.
My name is Luca Ferrara, and I'm the Game Director on Superstars V8 Racing. As a developer, Milestone has been working in the racing genre for many, many years. Driving is our passion, and bringing our passion into the world of video games is our specialty.
Some of you might know us from other franchises on two wheels like Moto GP 07 and the SBK Superbike World Championship series. Others might recognize us from our days working on games like the Screamer series and Evolution GT.
While a large portion of our fans reside in Europe, we rarely get an opportunity to reach out to our fans in the US - so I'm happy to be here to tell...
