124w ago - Following up on Part 1, Zipper Interactive Community Manager Chris Roper is here with the second training video in the series on Unit 13 for PS Vita dubbed Mastering Game Types.

To quote: We recently kicked off our in-depth training series for Unit 13, the PS Vita exclusive shooter that puts you in the middle of some of the world's deadliest covert missions.

This three-part in-depth video series aims to teach you everything from the core fundamentals of how to play the game to tips on how to tackle each mission type and even how to fully take advantage of Unit 13's networking features.

Today we're unveiling the second installment, which introduces you to the various mission types in [Register or Login to view links] and gives you advice on how to best approach them. It goes over basic mission rules, tactical strategies for how to take on each objective and things to look out for along the way.

Video: GDC 2012: Sound Shapes for PS Vita - Hands On Tour

To quote: It's Game Developers Conference time once again, and while headlines are a bit light, it's a great place to find game developers (of course).

We'll be bringing you videos, interviews, and conversations over the next several days, as well as a mega GDC Blogcast on Thursday.

The first game we got ahold of here at GDC is upcoming PS Vita musical platformer Sound Shapes. The game is best seen (and heard), so we present here Jason deGroot of Queasy Games.

In this video, deGroot takes you on a tour through a never-before-seen level, as well as sharing the in-game tutorial, so you know exactly what you'll be seeing when you load up Sound Shapes for the first time.

So when do you get to play Sound Shapes on your own personal Vita? The Queasy Games team doesn't yet have a release date, but they confirmed that a pre-release demo is in the making. We'll keep you posted.

Video: Qore March Episode Features Starhawk, Raccoon City, ACV

124w ago - Sony PlayStation Network Executive Producer Kevin Furuichi has posted up a preview video of the Qore March episode today which features video game titles including Starhawk, Raccoon City, Armored Core V and a peek at Parkour below!

The latest installment in PlayStation Move's Start The Party! series, Save the World creates a fun-filled party experience for you and your friends while changing you into superheroes in an augmented-reality adventure.
