25w ago - Sony Director of Emerging Platforms Chris Mahoney announced that PlayStation Mobile was in full force at E3 this year.
To quote: This year we had some fun and exciting PlayStation Mobile games at our E3 booth in Los Angeles, as well as in the virtual booth within PlayStation Home on your PlayStation 3.
Also, we have been listening to our PlayStation Mobile community and we are pleased to say that your DualShock 3 can now be used to play some of your favorite PlayStation Mobile games on select PlayStation Certified devices.

The PlayStation Mobile games at E3 this year were some of our best and most recent titles. If you want to download any of the eight games that are available now, you can easily find them in the PlayStation Mobile section of PlayStation Store on PlayStation Vita.

27w ago - Zoink's Klaus Lyngeled announced today that Stick It to The Man will be hitting both PS Vita and PS3 this year.
To quote: Hi, my name is Klaus Lyngeled and I am running a small game studio called Zoink! in Sweden. We have been working on something really special and I am so happy I can finally announce our game: Stick It to The Man!
In short, it's a mind-reading game set in a paper and sticker universe. I know... that sounds insane, but you'll understand once you watch our announcement trailer.
As you may have noticed, it's a mix of platforming and adventure games.
The story is about this poor guy called Ray, who ends up in coma and wakes up with a 16-foot pink spaghetti arm sticking out of his head. The arm gives him the power to actually listen to anyone's thoughts, which he hears as an inner monologue.
But that's not all – he can also put thoughts into people's heads, change what they think about, and even pull objects out from peoples thoughts.
As you can imagine, this power is pretty useful. Soon enough, Ray finds himself being chased down by strange agents and a mysterious character called The Man.
The game has over 100 characters and each character...
28w ago - Roll7 Creative Director John Ribbins announced today that the ice-cool skate 'em up OlliOlli video game kickflips onto PS Vita later this year.
Below are the details, to quote: Hello. I'm John. I'm the game designer at Roll7! We started in 2008, when I teamed up with two entrepreneurs Simon and Tom. The company's initial mission was to try and combine Simon and Tom's passion for training disengaged youth in video game design, with my love of making games.
The dream from day one was to make our own games, but as a business it seemed impossible to make it work, so for the next four years we worked for various clients, making everything from websites, to apps, to games controlled by your brain.
In the meantime I spent countless hours in the evenings making the games we really wanted to make, while Simon and Tom looked for viable ways to transition from an agency to an actual game developer.
By early 2012 we'd scraped enough cash together to take some time off from client work and we set about making a game for iOS called Gets to the Exit.
We got some nice reviews (an 8/10 in Edge), but not everyone liked it (Slide to Play):
29w ago - Grip Games CEO Jakub Mikyska announced today that Atomic Ninjas is set to storm PS3 and also PlayStation Vita later this year with details below.
To quote: Hello everybody! This is Jakub from Grip Games! We're the folks behind 5-in-1 Arcade Hits, The Impossible Game and Foosball 2012. And after being locked up in our top secret underground lab (A.K.A. the garage) for some time, we're back with our newest creation - Atomic Ninjas for PS3 and PS Vita.
So, what's this all about, you ask? Atomic Ninjas is 2.5D multiplayer platformer with ninjas. You will control super-powered ninjas in frantic online matches against other players, with tonnes of charm and humor. If the Fat Princess and Crash Commando had a child, it would be Atomic Ninjas (though that idea is a bit disturbing, no?).
While the game relies on traditional jumping and shooting mechanics, you will be unable to directly kill other players. Instead, you must outsmart and outflank your opponents and kill them using various environmental hazards and obstacles, such as lava pits, laser beams, traps, moving platforms, falling crates, etc. Don't forget that these are Atomic Ninjas... something as banal as a katana between the ribs won't do the trick anymore!
Each one of the game's seven arenas is like a playfield...
