53w ago - Sony Senior Producer Harvard Bonin has detailed Starhawk's final days of PS3 development in a video chronicle below.

To quote: Warheads! Last Tuesday, May 8th, LightBox Interactive and Santa Monica Studio released Starhawk into the wild.

Getting here was a real pain at times, but it sure as hell has been a fun ride! If you'd like to peek behind the curtains look at the final days of Starhawk's development, check out this video.

We shot it a few weeks before release and it'll give you a nice glimpse into the inner workings of a game developer in crunch mode.

We'll also be able to tell you more about some great downloadable items soon, including our first free map...Cypress. Stay tuned for details!

While many enjoyed the beta earlier this year, it's now time to check out the full Starhawk universe with all the cool vehicles and the innovative Build and Battle gameplay.

With next week's release of Max Payne 3, PULSE also previews the new multiplayer action along with the new bullet time and 'shootdodge' game play. For PlayStation Plus subscribers, Trine 2′s physics-based puzzles of fire, water, gravity and magic is free.

The POD KILL, is one of many inventive ways to take out your enemy in Starhawk.
