8w ago - Square Enix Associate Product Manager Mat Kishimoto announced today that Kingdom Hearts HD 2.5 ReMIX is coming to PS3 in 2014 alongside a video trailer below.
To quote: Thanks to all of your support, Kingdom Hearts has sold more than 20 million units worldwide! In celebration of this, and with absolute pleasure, we're proud to announce that Kingdom Hearts HD 2.5 ReMIX will launch globally in 2014!
Kingdom Hearts HD 2.5 ReMIX is the follow-up compilation to Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 ReMIX, and will be available exclusively on PS3. It will include the following goodies:
• Kingdom Hearts II Final Mix - previously on PS2 and exclusive to Japan
• Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep Final Mix - previously on PSP and exclusive to Japan
• Kingdom Hearts Re:coded (HD remastered cinematics)
I'm so excited to be able to see all of these games included as a part of this compilation, but personally, the most exciting title may be Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep Final Mix.
As many may not have been able to experience its awesomeness, it's truly one of the more phenomenal games, and now completely rebuilt in HD - you'll be able to play it on your big-screen TV for the first time.
9w ago - DICE Community Manager Vincent Vukovic announced that the Battlefield 4 Open Beta starts today on PS3 with details below, as follows:
Help Us Make the Game Better
These are exciting times for Battlefield fans, and everyone at DICE! Today, we're releasing the Battlefield 4 open beta on PS3, and we want you all to join.
Simply by taking part in the beta, you'll help us test the servers, online functionality, and gameplay to make sure the PS3 launch on October 29th goes as smoothly as possible.
In the open beta, you'll be able to play both the classic Conquest mode and Domination, which you might recognize from Battlefield 3: Close Quarters (it's basically a faster and tighter version of Conquest, with more emphasis on infantry combat). The map on offer is Siege of Shanghai - you might recognize it from E3, when we first unveiled it and where the public got their very first hands-on with Battlefield 4.
Now, we want to bring that experience - complete with game-changing Levolution events like the big skyscraper collapsing or setting off car alarms - to all of our fans on PS3. It's you, the player, triggering these moments.
We're also looking to our fans to provide valuable feedback on the overall gaming experience. This is in every sense...

13w ago - Sony Social Media Specialist Ryan Clements announced today that Valiant Hearts: The Great War is coming to PS4 and PS3 in 2014.
To quote: Ubisoft has revealed one of its latest projects built on UbiArt Framework - known for its use in the marvelous Rayman games.
Titled Valiant Hearts: The Great War, this puzzle adventure will follow five characters from different countries as they struggle to survive one of the most devastating events in human history: the first World War.
Ubisoft Montpellier is handling development of Valiant Hearts, and aims to launch on PS3 and PS4 sometime next year.
In Valiant Hearts, the five characters are drawn together by one common cause: reuniting a young German soldier with his lost love. As the five suffer through the unimaginable dangers of the trenches, they're guided by a single canine companion - a German dog separated from its owner during an artillery attack.
This dog will not only help the characters survive, but also serve as a guide to players during both action sequences and puzzles.
The art of Valiant Hearts tackles the tragedy of the war with an almost unassuming innocence. Characters are drawn as caricatures of each nation, and the battlefields are stylized exaggerations of their real-world counterparts....
