13w ago - EXOR Studios Co-founder Pawel Lekki has announced that Zombie Driver HD: Apocalypse Pack PSN DLC is out this week.
Below are the details, to quote: As promised, we are releasing a fresh pack of content for Zombie Driver HD tomorrow.
It's called the Apocalypse Pack and it includes two awesome cars available in all game modes, plus an extra Slaughter Mode map - the Military Base.
Both of the new cars are guest appearances from our earlier project - D.I.P.R.I.P, which was a multiplayer car combat game released in 2008 as a free Source Engine mod.
The first of the two is called the "Chaos 126p" and it's a small and nimble monster truck (as far as monster trucks can be small, anyway). It's very fast and handles incredibly well in tight corners.
The second one is a huge custom made truck with jet engine exhausts called the "Auroch". It can ram through anything it its path, has lots of nitro and can carry up to eight passengers in the Story Mode.
The Military Base Slaughter mode map is one of the larger levels and as the name implies it's a based in an abandoned army depot. If Slaughter...
14w ago - Activision Community Manager Dan Amrich has confirmed today that Call of Duty: Black Ops II Revolution DLC hits PSN on February 28, 2013.
Below are is the full scoop, to quote: As the old saying goes, "the revolution will not be televised." Nonsense - it's not only on your TV screen, but it will be interactive, too.
Revolution, the first DLC pack for Call of Duty: Black Ops II, arrives on PlayStation Network on February 28 - and there's more inside this collection than you may be expecting.
Revolution offers a heck of a lot of content for both multiplayer and Zombies fans. First up are the four multiplayer maps:
• Hydro: Located in Pakistan, this hydro-electric plant comes complete with a lethal spillway that floods with very little warning.
• Grind: Set in a skate park in Venice Beach (the birthplace of skateboarding!), quarter-pipes and curved surfaces drive players away from easy cover and into intense firefights.
• Downhill: A ski resort in the French Alps, this snowy map is complete with a moving gondola system that can both offer cover and crush you to death.
• Mirage: Located in China's Gobi Desert, this luxury resort has been ravaged by a sandstorm.
It's worth noting that Mirage is also the first Black Ops II...
18w ago - Sony Associate Product Manager Ken Chan has announced today alongside a video that the exclusive Gran Turismo 5 2014 Corvette Stingray PS3 DLC is free on PSN beginning tomorrow.
Below are the details, to quote: Arriving exclusively for Gran Turismo 5 this Tuesday, the 2014 Corvette Stingray DLC will be available for free through PlayStation Store.
Officially announced at the LA Auto Show last November, Polyphony Digital and Chevrolet worked very closely for months in developing an exclusive firsthand driving experience of the Corvette C7 in Gran Turismo 5.
Since its introduction, nearly 500,000 people around the world have driven the camouflaged Corvette Test Prototype. And now, only just the day after the Corvette Stingray's world debut at the North American International Auto Show, the DLC will be available exclusively through PS Store starting Tuesday.
During the creation of the virtual Corvette Stingray, careful attention was paid to the tiniest details of the new design inside and out, as well as to the enhanced performance and driving characteristics -- right down to the shift schedule for the 7-speed...

31w ago - Borderlands 2 Game Designer Jonathan Hemingway has shared details today on the Mechromancer and Captain Scarlett DLC which arrives on PSN this Tuesday.
To quote: Hey guys, Jonathan from Gearbox here! I was walking around the office the other day and wouldn't you know it -- Sir Hammerlock came up to me and handed me a letter and asked if I could share it with you. Here's what he had to say:
Dear Vault Hunters,
I'm well aware of your never-ending thirst for things to shoot and or loot, and I'm positively thrilled to announce some news nestled firmly in that avenue. Not one, but TWO pieces of downloadable content (or "DLC," for the acronym-fond amongst you) for Borderlands 2 will soon be available for your procurement.
Have you ever dreamt about romancing a mech? If so, then you have been greatly misinformed about the new character class DLC. You shall receive the pleasure of playing as Gaige the Mechromancer (she's a mechro-mancer, rather than a mech-romancer, you see - the importance of syllabic emphases can seldom be understated), a spectacularly brilliant prodigy of a girl who uses her robotic friend to slash, punch, and otherwise eviscerate the many fearsome foes of Pandora.
She can also manipulate electricity by invoking the power of science. I also hear...
