169w ago - Sony's Social Media Manager Jeff Rubenstein has shared the second video in their Sports Champions series today, this time spotlighting Gladiator Duel on the PlayStation Move PS3 motion controller.
To quote: Sports Champions Week continues here on the Blog with the hack 'n' slash action of Gladiator Duel.
In the Move demonstrations we've given at trade shows and Move meetups, Gladiator Duel has been the event that people have gravitated to immediately.
And it's easy to see why - bashing your friends in a head to head battle with one-to-one tracking is pretty awesome. Producer Jeremy Ray walks us through the features:
More than any other Sports Champions event, Gladiator Duel is the one that's going to get that heart rate up and a bit of a sweat going. Tomorrow we'll continue Sports Champions week with the comparatively mellow Disc Golf (a personal fave of mine).
170w ago - Sony Senior Social Media Specialist Sid Shuman has shared a video tour today spotlighting the contents of the PlayStation Move demo disc, which includes 11 PS3 game demos.
To quote: Last week saw Jeff and I unboxing the first PlayStation Move Bundle, which contains a PlayStation Eye camera, PlayStation Move motion controller, a full copy of Sports Champions... and a demo disc. A rather mysterious demo disc.
Today, Rey's latest video masterpiece gives a tour of the 11 game demos you'll find on the Blu-ray disc tucked neatly inside your PlayStation Move Bundle or PlayStation 3 Sports Champions Move Bundle come September 19th.
Cool detail: You can install each of the demos onto your PS3's HDD and park the disc on a shelf or lend it to a friend, if you so desire.
And hey, if you don't have time for the video tour, direct your eyes to the full list of demos below. Which demo are you most interested in trying?

171w ago - Today R.U.S.E. Senior Producer Mathieu Girard has shared a video, and announced that R.U.S.E. demo hits PSN today alongside some fresh PlayStation Move details as follows:
As a dev team, we're beyond excited to see the release of R.U.S.E. drawing near – it launches in the U.S. on September 7th, so we're just about a week away!
R.U.S.E. enables players to use manipulation and trickery against their enemies. In fact, deception is at the very heart of R.U.S.E., and you'll find that without it you cannot succeed.
With R.U.S.E., we aimed to create an RTS that goes beyond the established rules of the genre – we sincerely hope we have succeeded. You will soon be able to judge for yourself, since we are making a demo of R.U.S.E. available on PSN today!
In the demo, players will be able to check out an exclusive mission from the Italy campaign and play as U.S. General Joe Sheridan, leading the U.S. army in a fight against Germany and Italy. The final objective: cut off a German offensive from withdrawing by attacking them from behind.
Although the Axis forces are retreating in this mission, players will see that one should be very cautious when attacking a wounded beast... if...
172w ago - Sony's Senior Social Media Specialist Rey Gutierrez has shared a new PlayStation Move PS3 Tech Demo video tour today.
To quote: Anton Mikhailov has become a rockstar of sorts, headlining a global tour with his favorite instrument – PlayStation Move.
Armed with a collection of new tech demos, Mikhailov and our Research & Development group have spent the year demonstrating the technology and precision behind PlayStation Move to developers and the larger gaming community.
With camera and PlayStation Move controllers in hand, Anton and I locked ourselves in a room and captured a new peek at what you can expect to see from titles on the PlayStation Move. You may have seen PlayStation Move tech demo videos before – including the PlayStation.Blog's three-part tech demo tour from E3 2009. But you've never seen them like this!
You'll notice that Anton was comfortably sitting on a couch when using the PlayStation Move controllers and the PlayStation Eye never reacted negatively to its reflection from our wall of monitors. These aren't gesture triggering animations, folks, but true 1:1 gameplay.
173w ago - As a follow-up to their previous PlayStation Move video, today Mucu from GamesOnSmash.com (linked above) shared two more, spotlighting Sony's PS3 Motion Controller working with music along with showcasing the Tumble PS3 demo.
Although it does work, based on his experience with fast-forwarding music via PlayStation Move he recommends doing it the normal way instead.
To quote: "In this video I am showing Tumble, which I actually think is the most impressive demo on the Move demo disc.
It's basically a virtual version of Jenga, but it has plenty more to do. Watch the video and get excited because this could be a hit for the Move when it releases."
