173w ago - Just under a month ago Sony released PSP System Software v6.35, and over the weekend some1 via wololo (linked abaove) has released a HBL Homebrew Loader for PSP Firmware 6.35 via the Minna no Sukkiri Demo Exploit by Jeerum.

Download: Sukkiri HBL for PSP FW 6.35 / Minna no Sukkiri PSP Demo / Jeerum PSP FW 6.35 Exploit

To quote: some1 had been working with m0skit0 and JJS on porting HBL to this exploit. It is unfortunate that the release has to happen like this, but some1 had to release his files much earlier than expected because of the leak.

You can download HBL for the sukkiri exploit here. I haven't tested it yet, and we will be working on a "proper" release in the days to come. If everything goes well, we will probably drop support for the previous exploits (the golf ones at least), in favor of this one.

This release makes HBL work on 6.35, in theory (haven't tested yet)"

183w ago - This weekend Total_Noob at PSPKing.de (linked above) has shared news of a PSP Firmware 6.20 kernel exploit recently found via reverse-engineering Rebootex alongside a few video demos including a peek at TN (HEN).

To quote, roughly translated:

"As the title suggests, I work at 6:20 TN (HEN). I have long found a kernel exploit, but never made it. Yesterday I started with programming and I come forward very quickly."

Those interested can check out the video footage below!

"I told you, it's not fake, here is a video where I show you my spoofed version and mac. when the screen is flashing purple, it means systemctrl is loaded. This time I use a better cam xD."

"The screen lights at the end of purple, which means that Rebootex was executed."

Video: PSP Hello World Exploit for Official Firmware 6.30 Arrives

550°
198w ago - Just a few days after Sony released the PSP Firmware 6.30 update comes a few new PSP Hello World exploit videos demonstrating the PSP hack on a PSP-1000 with version 6.30 Official Firmware.

Similar to the Splinter Cell Essentials PSP exploit and the PSP Hello World Demo Game Savedata Exploit for OFW 6.20, this one also utilizes an in-game exploit that is currently available on PSN.

However, unfortunately the PSP title used isn't being made public yet in an effort to keep Sony from patching it.

Some videos are below, demonstrating the by mamosuke2008, J416DY and omamees via YouTube. Enjoy!

Video: Team ProjectXX Exploit Released for All PSP Models!

500°
205w ago - Today a video along with the Team ProjectXX Splinter Cell Essentials exploit has been released for all PSP models Firmware 1.00 to 6.20!

Grab your PSPgo and get on PSN: you need to download Splinter Cell Essentials (EU version) right now. Or if you have the UMD that'll work too (for non-PSPgo models).

Download: Team ProjectXX Splinter Cell Essentials PSP Exploit

This release comes from Dark_Kendox and FrEdDy, with a special thanks to Wololo, KiNgOfUnIvErS, psphakerwarrior, and Phantom91. Team ProjectXX kept this exploit on the d-low until some loudmouth ruined it.

Now it's likely the game will be pulled off PSN real quick, Sony will patch the exploit soon, and we're back at square one. So do yourself a favour: don't upgrade when Sony issues a new [useless] firmware update. With HBL in the works this exploit may serve a useful purpose for those currently running an unhackable PSP.

It works like this: Set your system language to English and copy the folder "ULES002810int" into PSP/SAVEDATA and h.bin to the root of your memory stick; run Splinter Cell Essentials, load the hacked save and press "Continue."

Today maku140 has shared a video demonstrating a PSP Hello World demo game Savedata Exploit for 6.20 Firmware.

Similar to other recent PSP Exploits, this usermode one is not yet publically released and chances are it may not be unfortunately.

To quote from the video's caption:

"Hello World for PSP firmwares 6.20. This exploit works in Demo version !! Thanks to wololo and mamosuke."
