10w ago - Quirkat Studio Head Candide Kirk announced that Pro Foosball on PlayStation 3 is out tomorrow via PSN with details below, as follows:
A foosball table is one of those things that we've always wanted to own at home, but it's almost never practical enough to do so. Which is why we thought we'd bring the same level of fun and excitement right to your TV screen with Pro Foosball on PlayStation Network.
Pro Foosball was released in Europe earlier this year, and we're now ready to bring the same level of fun to U.S. gamers!
With a Platinum Trophy up for grabs, Pro Foosball has been built to completely and realistically bring the foosball experience to your home - from accurate table physics to a competitive atmosphere with friends, we've included it all, along with great locations to play in!
Pro Foosball allows you to compete across 3 modes of play; you can have a quick match with your friends in Kick About with up to 4 players locally, challenge yourself to beat our skilled AI with 3 difficulty levels in Foos Championship, or have fun with crazy table features (such as no edges and bumpy surface) in Foos Madness.
Pro Foosball is primarily designed to be played using the PlayStation Move controllers to mimic the real foosball table's rods; it features many of the...

15w ago - Sony Social Media Specialist Justin Massongill posted up a video today from Gamescom 2013 showcasing Driveclub, dubbed the social network of racers below.
To quote: Guten tag from Gamescom! I hope you got a chance to see yesterday's press conference, where we saw a glut of new games announced (and finally found out when we can get our own PS4s!).
Sid and I are in Germany, tracking down new info for the latest games. Yesterday, I sat in on a presentation by Col Rodgers, the game director on PS4's upcoming launch exclusive, Driveclub.
He went into detail about Driveclub's social features, the PS Plus Edition of the game, and showed us how Remote Play on PS Vita works.
Rodgers described Driveclub as the "social network for racing games," and this is exemplified by the game's Challenge system. If you feel especially confident about a run on a certain track, with a certain car, even at a certain time of day, you can issue a challenge to your club, sending a notification to their PS4s or to their mobile phones (courtesy of the Driveclub Mobile app).
As they play and try to beat your challenge, they'll rack up points for the club.
Things get interesting when you elect to challenge your other friends, who might not be part of your club. If...
17w ago - Capcom Producer Rey Jimenez confirmed that DuckTales: Remastered PSN hits PlayStation Network today with a trailer video below.
To quote: I've been working with the team at WayForward Technologies to bring you guys DuckTales: Remastered, launching today for PS3 as part of PlayStation Store PLAY.
At the start of development, the main goal of the project revolved around updating the game while keeping the gameplay true to the original NES game.
As the game progressed in development, we found that all of the new content really started to bring the original cartoon to life as well.
For those that may not know, the original DuckTales is firmly seated in the pantheon of the greatest NES games of all time. Widely praised for its tight controls, addicting platforming, and some of the best 8-bit music known to humanity, DuckTales stood apart as a fantastic licensed game.
When creating DuckTales: Remastered, the very first step was to make sure the game felt right, meaning it played just like the NES version. To do this, early versions were tuned so that you could play the original NES version of the game and our new version at the same time with one controller. So for your pure platform gamers, you're going to find that this game just feels right.
