Video: Hatsune Miku: Project Diva F Debuts on PS Vita this March

38w ago - Sega of America Associate Brand Manager Aaron Webber confirmed today alongside a video trailer that Hatsune Miku: Project Diva F febuts on PS Vita this March.

To quote: Hello again, PlayStation aficionados, [Register or Login to view links] fans, and gentlemen and ladies with fine taste in music games. Aaron from SEGA here, and we're excited to confirm with you all that Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA f will be releasing for your PS Vita this March!

The game will be available on PlayStation Store, and will also feature a completely separate set of Trophies from the PS3 version (go for that double Platinum)!

We're also happy to confirm today that we will be bringing over the DLC that many have asked us about: the Snow Miku 2013 DLC, the Extra Character Modules Pack, and the Extra Songs pack will all be available at launch in March. We'll be announcing details on pricing for these, as well as the full game, here soon.





It's amazing to look back and see how far we've come over the last year. For that, we have nothing but thanks for each and every one of you who picked up the game (or plans to) and is part of that story.

Following the fantastic response to the PS3 release of Hatsune Miku: Project Diva F, SEGA is proud to announce that we have now begun development to bring Project Diva f to PS Vita in the West!

Yes, you read that right. You're not dreaming. Watch the Vita announcement trailer above, take a deep breath, and then let loose that smile.





Now, I want you all to think back a few months to when we released Hatsune Miku: Project Diva F on PS3... do you remember what the user comments here on Playstation.Blog looked like?

"We want the Vita version!" you told us. "Please, I'd sell my soul for a Vita version!*" someone said.

Today, we're overjoyed to not only share the good news of a PS Vita release, but to also finally add a shiny new soul to our collection. (We'll put it in our lobby, right next to the big Miku standee.)

Comprising 22 items representing 22 countries, these hats are included as part of The Last of Us Season Pass. If you haven't purchased a Season Pass, it's a great deal with 75% savings over buying all the DLC individually. If you'd rather buy the hats separately, they are available for $0.99 each.

61w ago - Sega of America Associate Brand Manager Aaron Webber announced that Project Diva F officially arrives PS3 today with Hatsune Miku hitting the stage!

To quote: At long last, Hatsune Miku: Project Diva F is here! The game is in stores now, and will be available on the North American PlayStation Store later today.

We've put together a new trailer, seen above, to celebrate the launch of the game. It features some amazing songs, and a look at both the "Miku Room" and "Edit Mode" features in the game.

In the "Miku Room", you can interact with your favorite characters and fully customize their room with special themes, furniture, and more. You can also buy them gifts using your DIVA Points, and each will trigger a special event!

"Edit Mode" lets you create your very own Rhythm videos with any song you own. The possibilities are almost limitless, and your creativity will let you build the ultimate music video featuring your favorite music.

You can upload your creations online to share with your friends and the world - we can't wait to see the amazing videos you're going to create!

To quote: Today, SEGA is proud to announce that Hatsune Miku: Project Diva F is headed West! The game will arrive this August on both PlayStation 3 and Playstation Network in North America!

Hatsune Miku: Project Diva F is a rhythm game featuring 38 unique songs, including popular tracks like Tell Your World and Black Rock Shooter.

Players can create and share their own Miku videos in "Edit Mode", and can customize the popular diva with over 90 different costumes and accessories. Being the first console game released for the franchise in the West, Hatsune Miku: Project Diva F will include all of the updated graphics, additional songs, and features of the Japanese version.
