27w ago - Sony Senior Marketing Specialist James Cullen announced today that fans can watch UFC 166 Saturday on the Live Events Viewer App on PS3.

To quote: It's time for UFC 166! With a full card of fights, including Velasquez vs. Dos Santos, Cormier vs. Nelson and more, it all adds up to a big night of big fights and we're bringing it all to you.

In addition to the main card fights you also will be able to watch the online-only preliminaries, including Waldberger vs. Amagov, Larsen vs. Fili and other fights beginning at 6:15PM Eastern.

Watch UFC 166 Saturday at 10 PM Eastern/9PM Central through the Live Events Viewer app on your PS3. Here's how:

• Log on to the PlayStation Store on your PlayStation 3.
• Scroll down to the Apps section and find Live Events Viewer for download.
• Once the Live Events Viewer is downloaded, find it on the XMB under TV/Video Services.
• Log on with your PSN or Sony Entertainment Network username and password.
• Then, enjoy watching UFC 166 and future live events on the Live Events Viewer.

The Sony Entertainment Network Live Events Viewer app will be your hub for your favorite sports, concerts, and other entertainment events.

To quote: There is a repeated theme in our upcoming game, Road Not Taken, which we announced here back in August. The characters in our little northern town have all lived their lives according to the same plan: first you go to school, then you get a job, then you fall in love and finally you start a family.

But life doesn't always work out that way.

I grew up expecting to live a very traditional Norman Rockwell-style life. We had a little house on a lovely winding road in rural Maine. I did well in school; checked all the official checkboxes. Then upon entering the real world, things fell apart.

On the job front, I've been through multiple careers. My "safe" job at a large stable employer - the sort of job many people dream about - well, that was an incredibly bad fit for me.

I've joined sketchy start-ups that failed. And some that succeeded. I've been fired for idly drawing pictures of planes inserted into bums. I've been hired at double the salary because (as I learned later) I wore the right type of hat to the interview.

28w ago - Following up on the release of PS3MFW Builder v1.0.0, today I have released what I call Steven CEX-4.50 v1.00 followed by v1.01, v1.02, v1.03 and v1.04 PS3 CFW for those interested.

It wasn't built with PS3 MFW Builder though, instead I used SCETool, lv0tool, and Habib's tool as he gave me with manual patching.

Below are all the details, to quote: John Cena will take on Daniel Bryan for the WWE Championship this Sunday, August 18th at 4:00pm Pacific Time - and you'll be able to watch directly from your PS3!

You can watch WWE SummerSlam and many more live events to come using the new Live Events Viewer PS3 app that launches later today after the PlayStation Store update.

The Live Events Viewer PS3 app will serve as a hub for your favorite sports, concerts, and other entertainment events. The Live Events Viewer allows you to watch live content or catch up with on-demand viewing of wrestling events, concerts, races and more all with no subscription and no commitments.
