To quote: As you are probably aware of by now, Killzone 3 was announced last week. The sheer volume of positive feedback and enthusiasm we've received from you since then has been nothing short of overwhelming.
While it's wonderful to get such feedback on your first showing, we're hoping to top it in the upcoming weeks. To this end, I'm happy to announce that we've prepared not one, but two Killzone 3 trailers for your viewing pleasure.
First off we have a dark, stylish teaser trailer that highlights our new brutal melee combat system. It goes live now in conjunction with the new release of Killzone.com Web site.
Killzone.com now has a Hub for all the hi-res, hi-def Killzone 3 content that you would ever want.
Secondly, the first official gameplay trailer is right around the corner. Pretty soon we will be showing you a first glimpse of the in-game action Killzone 3 has in store. So keep an eye out!

To quote: What's going to change in Killzone 3? The answer: a LOT.
Fresh off their European Killzone 3 media event, Guerrilla Games dropped into San Francisco to unveil Killzone 3 to the North American press for the first time last night, 3D TVs en tow.
I grabbed a few moments (well, 11 minutes, actually) with Guerrilla Games' Senior Producer Steven Ter Heide to talk jetpacks, fan requests, new Helghast foes, and how Killzone 3 will improve upon Killzone 2 in terms of graphics, controls, combat, and more.
185w ago - Today Sony's Social Media Manager Jeff Rubenstein has confirmed previous reports that KillZone 3 is coming to the PlayStation 3 console and will indeed be playable in PS3 3D, and SCEE's James Gallagherhints the first KZ3 PS3 trailer is likely to arrive for E3 if not before!
To quote: Our friends in Europe recently held an event where journalists went hands-on with Killzone 3... in 3D. SCEE's James Gallagher was there, and he's got what you want to know: details.
Earlier this month I made my first trip to Amsterdam and while I didn't get chance to visit the Van Gogh Museum, I did get a different sensory treat: I got to play Killzone 3 in 3D.
The select group of journalists invited had little idea of what to expect as they climbed the stairs to a private cinema in Amsterdam's Melkweg, but soon Hermen Hulst, Managing Director of Guerrilla Games, took to the podium and revealed all.
Killzone 3 picks up where its predecessor left off and it's a much...

• Will be like Inglorious Basterds.
• All of the characters in the screenshots are flying in.. jetpacks?!

• One mission in the game involves rescuing ISA Captain Narville.
• Game is playable in 3D!
• Have to wear 3D glasses, apparently the 3D effects are "crazy."
