113w ago - Square Enix Marketing Manager Jem Alexander has unveiled their first PlayStation Vita game today, entitled Army Corps Of Hell as seen in the demo video below!
To quote: Army Corps of Hell is our first game for the PlayStation Vita. In the game you will control the King of Hell, who has been banished and is seeking to reclaim his throne with the help of an army of goblin soldiers.
Army Corps of Hell is being developed by Entersphere and will feature plenty of dark humour as you venture further into the depths of Hell.
With Army Corps of Hell we're taking full advantage of the Vita's unique features; you can use the rear touch pad to play a rhythm based mini-game and heal your troops.
The game also includes a crafting system and a leveling system to improve and equip your goblin soldiers to expand their skills and abilities. Want some rare items? Team up with some friends via ad-hoc multiplayer and take on tougher monsters.
You can expect to see Army Corps of Hell available for the PlayStation Vita in 2012.

117w ago - As a follow-up to their Ceramic White 320GB PS3, today at the Tokyo Game Show (TGS) 2011 Sony has unveiled new Scarlet Red and Splash Blue PS3 systems heading to Japan on November 17, 2011.

The new colors will also come with matching DualShock 3 metallic colors. Both consoles will be sold at 29,980 yen each (or approximately $389.81 in U.S. dollars) when they launch in Japan on November 17th.
Press Release: The new "Splash Blue" PS3 system comes in a fresh metallic blue color that resembles a splashing water or the ocean while the "Scarlet Red" PS3 comes in a vibrant metallic red color that resembles a glaring sun or a flame.

To quote: Almost a year ago we released a Minis called Arcade Essentials. The game was very warmly received by the players, so we decided to produce a sequel with 5 new games. So here it is - a Minis called Arcade Essentials Evolution.
As was the case with its predecessor, Arcade Essentials Evolution is a collection of 5 arcade games, remakes of the classic arcade hits of the 80s that we all know. Each game consists of 50 levels, so there is quite a lot of gameplay time here.
We made minimalistic visuals with lots of special effects, so that they would feel like we are in real arcades. To get an idea of how it looks like and plays, please check the trailer:
