248w ago - Not sure why someone would want to do this, but for those who have always wondered what happens when you put a Sony PS3 into the microwave can now find out.
The video comes from dovetastic, with the caption reading as follows:

248w ago - PS3 exclusives have a way of getting dissed by the general public and media before they are given a chance. The more superstitious fanboy might even call it a PS3 curse.
Let's run down the list: Lair became an industry whipping boy filling up YouTube with spastics that flailed SIXAXIS controllers with reckless abandon.
Ninja Theory's gorgeous Heavenly Sword wasn't measured on its own merits, but was held up against the standard that should be reserved for God of War.
Sega's stellar Valkyria Chronicles is seemingly invisible to the majority of mainstream gamers. Resistance 2 hasn't seen the sales a title of its caliber deserves. It's almost as if we've collectively banded together to repeatedly punish Ken Kutargi for his oft-echoed and ill-advised comments of "People will get a second job to buy the PS3." No, Ken. We didn't.
Then Killzone 2 dropped. If the PS3 has ever seen a game changer this is it. Strangely, the PS3 has been having a couple of great weeks. The launch of Yakuza 3 during the first week of March sparked a fury of PS3 console sales across the sea in Japan.
The PS3 outsold all other consoles including the dominant Nintendo handhelds in its home market. Over here, Killzone 2 moved 750,000 units in its opening weekend alone....

248w ago - It's too early to tell if this is just a bug, glitch, or if someone actually hacked Sony's PlayStation Home server to change the message for all PS3's, however, what is confirmed thus far is that numerous people have experienced the same issue.
That being said, lorello1978 shared a video on YouTube which states the following, via rough translation:
I turned on the PS3, I started Home, I did the upgrade required. Restarted the console, at one point turning in Home in my house, I noticed a terrible slowdown, as to seem a lag of the modem.
Not understanding why and thinking: "I like the fiber optic connection and I have a 320GB inside ... why !?!?"
I open the console window in Home and I go to see the messages and news, to see what improvements have brought the new upgrade...
Then I read these things a little reassuring that you see in the video. Someone knows what happens? I am the only one?
249w ago - Earlier this week, Shaun Himmerick, executive producer for "Wheelman" and employee at Midway, told the hosts of the "This Xbox Life" podcast that developing for the Xbox 360 and the PlayStation 3 couldn't be any different.
"The politically incorrect answer is that the PS3 is a huge pain in the ass," Himmerick told the hosts.
"Anyone making a game, if you're going to make it for both, just lead on the PS3 because if it works on the PS3, it'll work on 360," he said. "We had to play catch-up on the PS3 because of the memory constraints and how it renders; how it processes is just different. And it's harder on the PS3," Himmerick continued.
A slew of well-known developers have spoken out against Sony's high-power console.
Valve's Gabe Newell said in 2007 -long before Sony's decline started- that the PlayStation 3 is a "waste of everyone's time." He went on to tell Edge Magazine that "investing in the Cell... gives you no long-term benefits. There's nothing there that you're going to apply to anything else. You're not going to gain anything except a hatred of the architecture they've created. I don't think it's a good solution."
