Vagrant Story to Appear Soon on European PlayStation Store

50°
266w ago - Many fans were upset that Vagrant Story didn't appear on the European PlayStation Store as promised when the digital shop was updated with new content yesterday.

Fortunately, Mike Kebby of SCEE's PlayStation Store Team, is assuring fans that the PSOne Classic is still coming to the European Playstation Network in the relatively near future.

Here is what he had to say in the [Register or Login to view links] of PlayStation.Blog.Europe:

"It's coming soon, the release date information was retracted because they (Square Enix) announced wrong dates...but it's on the way."

Vagrant Story was released for the PlayStation in 2000 and is considered by many as one of the best games on the popular system.

European PlayStation Store Update for November 12, 2009

267w ago - Today Mike Kebby from the SCEE PlayStation Store Team is back with this week's European PSN Update, as follows:

So I bet most of you have been playing Modern Warfare 2 this week, and in relation to this (just in case any of you missed it) we added the original Call of Duty: Classic to the PS Store on Tuesday evening (given a fresh lick of paint and with online 8 player multiplayer).

I know lately we've had a bit of a lull in the updates, and whilst they may not have been massive, we have been adding steadily to the store (for you PSP users especially), but next week, there should be a nice stream of content released, and I'm hopeful that some of you will be pleased once you see what's coming .

There will always be dips in the release schedule, that's just the way it goes at times, but we always come out the other side smiling don't we? Seriously though, we'll be doing our best to make sure these lulls become less and less frequent, because we do want our community to be happy smiley folk after all!
