195w ago - This weekend ichinisan of NeoGAF has revealed the rumored button configuration of Sony's upcoming PlayStation Arc wand nunchuck, as confirmed by a developer to be both real and wireless.
According to his post, the Arc will be longer than the Wii Remote and will include the analog stick on the front, along with the X and O buttons right below. Then below the X and O buttons, you will find a D-pad with the L1 and L2 below that.
Additionally, CGV.com is reporting that a Microsoft trademark could force Sony to rename its PS3 motion wand to avoid potential confusion and clashes with Microsoft over the trademark.
To quote: "Just saw pictures of Wand/Nunchuk so:
Nunchuck has an analog stick at the front, below that X and O and below that a D pad. Underneath is L1 and L2. Its actually long, not like the Wii Nunchuk.
As for the Wand it has one very big button on top and then all four facebuttons (X,O,Square and Triangle) and underneath is a big trigger called T.
196w ago - During a recent interview with GameTrailers (Part II is HERE), God of War 3 PS3 Senior Producer Steve Caterson may have hinted about the first DLC for PlayStation 3 when asked about cuts made from the video game.
Although it has already been rumored that God of War 3 will include challenge rooms as part of downloadable content, here is what he said when asked what was the hardest cut made from the game during its development:
The senior producer of the game has revealed that they had to cut a 'whole kind of epilogue' from the game, and hinted that we 'may see it later' which sounds very obvious that this epilogue could reappear as a DLC add-on for the game.
However, the exact reason behind the cut is still unknown so only time will tell if it will resurface in DLC format or not for sure.
198w ago - Zipper Interactive Sr. Community Manager Jeremy Dunham is back with news of both a version 1.02 update patch and a video highlighting some MAG Commando PS3 developer tips today.
To quote: Today we have a one-two punch in MAG news as we offer up our latest developer tips along with the specifics of the our next downloadable patch that will hit servers tomorrow, February 17.
First, the patch. MAG, v1.02 has a consistent theme – Medical Support. After taking your feedback into consideration and playing countless games ourselves, we've made a number of Field Support adjustments that should help you steer through the battlefield more effectively. These fixes will also clean things up for players of other classes who don't have a need to see who is hurt and who isn't.
To be specific, we've eliminated the onscreen medic icon from anyone who has a Medical Kit and have instead changed it so that only those who have the Resuscitation Kit sport the cross.
Moreover, we've also hidden "incapacitated" icons for downed players from everyone but those who can help them – cleaning up the screen quite considerably – and have added in some distance counters so that you know how far you have to travel before arriving at the injured.
To start you off on the right direction against Cardborg, Nat Marco Lead Designer at HoneySlug has created some handy hints and tip for Kahoots.
