PS3 gets unofficial regional user faces

50°
339w ago - McBacon was playing around with the XMB options and noticed that you can change the happy faces in the user menu but there is no regional icons options.

He expects that this was probably due to Sony not encouraging multiple accounts across different countries but he himself has gone on and created small custom ones.

To quote: So I was messing around in the XMB and noticed that you can change the little happy faces in the Users menu, but I was shocked to see that Sony didn't include any regional icons.

They probably don't want to encourage multiple accounts across different countries, but as most of us at GAF do so I created these little custom ones.

P3DXLoad Video available!

50°
339w ago - This video is not related to anything the PS3 Devs are doing here, but until their next news update (hopefully tonight!) those interested can check out this video mailed to us from Erik.

Although it looks like some super-cool PS3 Loader in the video, it's likely just an edited save file only which is why we uploaded it under the 'entertainment' YouTube category.

Enjoy guys, at least there is some humor between the more serious Dev reports eh?
