160w ago - Today Ubisoft PR Coordinator Alex Monney has announced that Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell Trilogy will be deploying on PS3 Blu-ray and PSN this Tuesday.

To quote: Reliving classic gaming memories is one of my favorite things to do. I vividly remember playing Splinter Cell Chaos Theory on PlayStation 2. Did I have a ton of fun? Yes.

How long did I have Sam Fisher fumble around in those curtains? Way too long. Would I want to do that all over again with HD and 3D? Absolutely.

The time has come, because Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell Trilogy finally comes to the PS3 on Tuesday. Tuesday. Even better, we will be launching simultaneously in stores and on the PlayStation Store.

Relive the experiences of Splinter Cell, Splinter Cell: Pandora Tomorrow and Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory all in one overstuffed bundle.

The Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell Trilogy will be available at your favorite gaming store and the PlayStation Store for $39.99.

Mercury HG Slides Onto PlayStation Network This Tuesday

161w ago - Eiconic Managing Director Graeme Monk has announced today that Mercury HG is sliding onto PlayStation Network this coming Tuesday.

To quote: If you enjoy casual, pick-up-and-play puzzle games, then get ready for an experience, because Mercury Hg is going to rock - and roll! From the developers of [Register or Login to view links] comes an update to this PSP classic.

First, a bit of history about the periodic table of the elements. Mercury is metal that has a peculiar trait: it's a liquid at room temperature! It's also a highly toxic substance to play with - unless it's done digitally, of course.

In Mercury Hg, the core premise is to guide a blob of mercury around a tilting puzzle maze while collecting bonuses, reaching the finish as quickly as possible with as much of the blob left as you can.

Mercury was first released on the PSP in 2005, and updated again in 2006 as Mercury Meltdown. This Tuesday, we'll be releasing it in HD for the first time as Mercury Hg - pun intended!

When [Register or Login to view links] approached us to develop a PS3 version of their popular IP, we wanted to update the franchise to appeal to today's gamer. We designed an entirely new look for the game, drawing inspiration...

To quote: I'm happy to share that [Register or Login to view links] has partnered with [Register or Login to view links] to bring 4 Elements HD - packed with of PS3-exclusive content - to the PlayStation Store on August 30th.

Exciting news! The story takes place in a vast and ancient kingdom where evil forces have corrupted the balance between the four elements causing the altar of life to run dry. You have to unlock four ancient books of magic, collect 16 mysterious cards and restore this kingdom to life.

Here are few things you'll appreciate about 4 Elements HD. Imagine the addictive Matching gameplay where you freely draw the chains of same-colored pieces instead of just moving one piece next to another.

It feels and plays like an arcade game and it works great on PS3! We've added explosive bonuses, spectacular visual effects in full HD resolution, and intuitive controls using DualShock 3 or PlayStation Move.

Probably some of you saw or even tried the original game, but 4 Elements HD is...

Video: Assassin's Creed Brotherhood PS3 DLC Hits PSN Tuesday

50°
189w ago - Ubisoft PR Coordinator Alex Monney has announced today alongside a video that Assassin's Creed Brotherhood: The Da Vinci Disappearance PS3 DLC hits PSN Tuesday.

To quote: This Tuesday, Ubisoft will be releasing its largest DLC offering for Assassin's Creed Brotherhood, the Da Vinci Disappearance. This DLC is bringing more AC: Brotherhood goodness with both single player missions and multiplayer content.

As the title suggests, Ezio's old friend and confidant is in trouble. Now Ezio has taken upon himself to rescue Leonardo Da Vinci. The Da Vinci Disappearance will include eight missions, which will be accessed through markers on your map of Rome (similar to the Copernicus Conspiracy). Ezio will also travel to two new locations and meet Leonardo's assistant, Salai (who may not have as high of moral standards as Leonardo).

But we didn't stop there, as we'll be making updates to multiplayer, including adding four new playable characters. Check out our new trailer showing off some of the new assassins that will be available:

The Da Vinci Disappearance will also include one new map and two new modes. The new map will bring the battle of assassins to Alhambra, a multi-leveled Spanish city featuring outdoor and indoor areas....
