183w ago - SCEA Producer Daimion Pinnock has shared the first Dead Nation PS3 trailer video today, and stated that more details on the upcoming PlayStation 3 title will be announced at E3 2010.
To quote: Here's the official word: the upcoming PSN exclusive in production is DEAD NATION!
Your help was monumental in putting together our trailer. Below is an introduction from the SCEE and Housemarque teams giving you a little bit of information for our upcoming zombie game.
Look out for future updates from myself and the team, as we get closer to the game's launch later this year.
From Robert Karp, SCEE Producer:
Following the original announcement of Dead Nation at Gamescom in Cologne last year we've kept purposefully quiet about what we've got in store for you, but at this year's E3 we'll be bringing you right up to speed with the game and what you can expect from Housemarque and Sony Computer Entertainment's PSN-exclusive zombie game.
We've been pulling out all the stops over the past year to make this game a nerve shredding, atmospheric and action packed experience,...
187w ago - Today Kelly Revak of The Behemoth has shared video footage revealing some of the new features which are included in the latest Castle Crashers PSN update.
To quote: First of all, we are happy to report that we have finished our internal testing, and have sent the title off to a third-party agent for some final testing before we submit it to the PlayStation Store.
While we still don't want to guess at a release date, we are definitely in the final stages of this adventure. Meanwhile, we wanted to tell you about another neat new feature.
We have always had more ideas for Castle Crashers than we've had time to implement. So since we've had to rewrite the code for the game anyway as we bring it to PS3, we've been able to add some features that have been lingering in the backs of our minds since this whole thing started. Here is an example:
Player Arena matches will now allow you to choose teams! You can play 2-on-2 or take on the world with 1-v-3. Of course, you can still do free-for-all as well. Sharing a sweet, sweet victory with your friend is like eating a delicious cake in front of your other friends while they cry.
190w ago - Just under a month ago we got our first hint, and this weekend electronic musician Ochre announced via Twitter that he has licensed a song called "Infotain Me" to Sony for LittleBigPlanet 2, the sequel which is being developed for Sony's PlayStation 3.
While Sony hasn't officially announced LittleBigPlanet 2 yet, it is apparently indeed on the way.
To quote: "We did previously hear about something called LittleBigPlanet Motion, which uses the PlayStation Move controller to manipulate the environment.
But it isn't clear if that is LittleBigPlanet 2, downloadable content for the first game, or something different entirely.
IGN requested comment from Sony but received the usual "Sony does not comment on rumors and speculation" business."
