156w ago - Sony's Social Media Manager Jeff Rubenstein has shared a video reveal today on the PlayStation Blog interviewing Steven Ter Heide from Guerrilla Games on their upcoming PS3 title Killzone 3.

To quote: What's going to change in Killzone 3? The answer: a LOT.

Fresh off their European Killzone 3 media event, Guerrilla Games dropped into San Francisco to unveil Killzone 3 to the North American press for the first time last night, 3D TVs en tow.

I grabbed a few moments (well, 11 minutes, actually) with Guerrilla Games' Senior Producer Steven Ter Heide to talk jetpacks, fan requests, new Helghast foes, and how Killzone 3 will improve upon Killzone 2 in terms of graphics, controls, combat, and more.

157w ago - We've seen KillZone 3 PlayStation 3 logos and target dates in recent months, and today pictures from the latest GamePro Magazine have surfaced courtesy of Easyle alongside new KillZone 3 PS3 details- including 3D effects and a game engine with the help of Naughty Dog!

• Will show the Helghast have humanity left in them.

In order to celebrate what has been a great year for PlayStation 3 games, We're planning a MAMMOTH session on Killzone 2!

I'm going to be hosting an 8 and a half hour long Warzone game on Boxing Day, ideal for nursing those hangovers from the Xmas festivities or even those who've been given the game for Christmas.

All you need to take part is to load up the Warzone on Killzone 2 between 10am and 6.30pm (GMT) on the 26th of December, find the game entitled "Boxing Day Killzone", input the password (found on our forums here)...

183w ago - Guerrilla Games Lead Online Game Designer Eric Boltjes has announced that in celebration of Killzone for PS2 turning five a Double XP weekend is in order, as follows:

November 26 will be a very special day for all of us here at Guerrilla. On that day, exactly five years ago, the very first Killzone title for PlayStation 2 hit the shelves in Europe.

Sure, the game had already been released in the US three weeks prior, but hey... Guerrilla is based in the Netherlands. We commemorate the 26th because that's the date that we were finally able to see the fruits of our labor in Dutch stores.

Of course, it would be a shame to leave this occasion unmarked - and I'm not talking about the champagne and strange Dutch snacks we'll undoubtedly be having at the studio. We also want to celebrate it with you, the fans. After all, the Killzone brand wouldn't be where it is today without your support. So here's what we have in store for you over the next few days:
