111w ago - Sony's Jawad Ashraf of the PlayStation Store Team is here with this weeks European PSN Game Store updates today, as follows:

Trine 2 is finally here. After a long wait I€m happy to say the game many of you have been waiting for is finally coming to the PlayStation Store today. If you hadn€t seen Ross€ previous Plus post then you won€t know the current offer we€re going with as an apology for the delay. I quote the good man himself:

Trine 2 is coming this Wednesday with a 30% launch discount for the first two weeks by way of apology for the delay in SCEE. Even better though, if you€re a PlayStation Plus subscriber, it comes with a cool 100% discount, making Trine 2 our PlayStation Plus Game of the Month.

So that€s the big deal for today. We also have Mass Effect 3 coming to the store this Friday, 9th March to coincide with the retail release.

Tee-off with the most comprehensive swing mechanic revamp in over a decade and connect with your personal swing via Playstation Move in Tiger Woods PGA TOUR 13!

The demo also introduces several more ground-breaking features such as Online Country Clubs, Coins, Pin Collections, Tiger Legacy Challenge mode and more. Also, return to Augusta National Golf Club to compete against the world€s best players at...

112w ago - Today Sony's Jawad Ashraf of the PlayStation Store Team has posted up this weeks European PSN updates below, as follows:

Update: Sadly Killzone 3 Multiplayer will only release as a Trial today. We're working hard to get the unlock available as soon as possible.

And so, we reach a new Wednesday which only means some more updates to the PS Store. Have you guys been keeping busy with your new Vita, or has your PS3 seen a little bit of lovin', too? So long as some gaming is being done, that is what I want to hear.

This week you'll notice some changes in the list of updates. Instead of the previous list that we used to run with we're now listing the information in a table format, which I hope is clearer to our readers.

You'll also notice Australian pricing has now been added as some of you had requested this a few times. There may be some occasional changes to the layout so we can get things just right, but hopefully this will be what you'll be seeing from now on.

So, down to the nitty gritty!

Choplifter HD, Bioshock 2 and the Jak and Daxter Trilogy all make their way to the store this week. Choplifter HD has been asked about a fair bit so I'm glad this is now out. I also know some of you had to wait an extra week to get your paws on Jak...

113w ago - Today Jawad Ashraf of the PlayStation Store Team has posted up this weeks European PSN updates below, as follows:

Hello again gamers! As I€m sure some of you will be busy with your new PlayStation Vitas, you may have forgotten about the usual update. No matter, I hope this serves as a good reminder to you.

The Starhawk Beta, previously a PS Plus member€s exclusive, is now available for all to take part in.

Word of warning the beta is only up until March 7th so be sure to at least give it a try before you regret it, because we€ve all fallen into that €I€ll check it later€ scenario.

SSX also gets a demo heading onto the PS Store. Also of note, this too is only available for a limited time. Looks like time must be spent wisely this week. The demo includes online play and a new feature dubbed RiderNet.

With a handful of modes to check out, player€s ghosts of race times and scores will be uploaded to the SSX server. RiderNet will recommend challenges as players take on their friends€ ghosts or let their own ghosts chalk up wins and losses, even while they€re away from their console. Some of the features to look out for include;

€JT2, a race event in the Rockies and Bulldog, a night time trick event in New Zealand
€You€ll...

114w ago - Today Jawad Ashraf of the PlayStation Store Team has posted up the European PSN Game Store Updates below, as follows:

Greetings humble gamers. I come forth with a new update of the PlayStation Store.

After a bit of a wait we now have Worms Ultimate Mayhem ready and waiting to claim your precious hard drive space. Grand Theft Auto IV arrives to the PS Store as a vanilla flavour or as a bundle option complete with DLC, and House of the Dead III also shows its beautifully scary side for you to unload your rounds on.

The big demo this week is Mass Effect 3. Fire the first shots in the war to take Earth back! Voted Most Anticipated Game of 2012 at the SpikeTV VGAs, Mass Effect 3 puts you at the centre of an all-out galactic war €" and how to wage that war is up to you. Try the demo today.

Binary Domain also pops in for a visit, also having a demo on the store today. From the team that brought you Yakuza comes Binary Domain, a game set in a futuristic Tokyo where man and machine are waging war. A bit like Terminator only in Tokyo, then. But nay! It€s the gameplay system that should be of interest. Direct your team with instructions either by button commands or your very own voice €" do they trust you or are you just a reckless muppet in the middle of a warzone?
