188w ago - Last week we announced news of the upcoming Modern Warfare 2 Stimulus Package Expansion for PS3, and today Infinity Ward's Creative Strategist Robert Bowling has confirmed that it will arrive tomorrow on PlayStation Network and shared details, as follows:
Tomorrow, May 4th, will be an onslaught of Modern Warfare 2 multiplayer goodness on the PlayStation Network!
First and foremost, the first downloadable content for Modern Warfare 2 – The Stimulus Package – will hit the PSN Store for $14.99 and bring with it five new maps to the multiplayer of MW2.
Included in those five new maps are two classic Call of Duty 4 maps that we all know and love, and three completely new locations that offer a variety of unique locations for your favorite gametypes. The Stimulus Package includes:
• Bailout - An American apartment complex that is amazing for objective gametypes, especially Capture the Flag, but one of those maps that works well regardless of what type of game you're playing it on. Its long sightlines – like sniping from a blown-out wall of a second-story apartment suite – give it some nice spots for long-range...

For those unaware, David Jaffe is best known for directing the PlayStation Twisted Metal series and more recently God of War.
Check out the video below (starting at minute mark 2:42 onward) and from his blog entry, to quote:
"FINALLY got my video blogs working again! Pardon the bed head and the messy office. Between tons of work and 2 sick kids at home, it's been a hell of a week so far!"
188w ago - Lead Designer Greg Rizzer has posted up some videos today of Dante's Inferno: Trials of St. Lucia PS3 DLC which will be hitting the PSN Store soon.
To quote: I'm really excited to launch this expansion pack for fans of Dante's Inferno.
The Trials of St. Lucia is a unique DLC package. First off, we are introducing an entirely new playable character: St. Lucia.
She has her own set of moves and features much more aerial style combat that Dante. Our character team did an amazing job with her. She looks amazing and adds new depth – also, I think her wings look amazing!
Second, we have added online cooperative play. The ability to be able to go online and fight hordes of creatures with a friend is really fun. I think the co-op feature is something that fans of this game genre will appreciate.
Also, with this new DLC, we're shipping an entire Trial creation editor! This is a cool and easy-to-use tool that will let you create your own Trials, play them, and even upload them to the community so other people can rate them and attempt to beat your master creation.
That's a lot of content for $10! But that's not all: In addition to those big features, we are also shipping 40 Trials that were created...
