149w ago - Today Ken Schramm at Sucker Punch Productions has posted up a video dubbed inFamous 2 PS3: Morality Revealed introducing the companions.
To quote: Greetings from the SCEE PlayStation Experience in London! We're excited to be at the event, and for the first time, reveal how our duality/morality system will work in inFAMOUS 2.
Karma moments from inFAMOUS are now represented by character-driven dialogue and 3D mocap cutscenes. Your conscience comes into play with the introduction of Kuo and Nix, two NPC characters.
Kuo is a NSA agent working to help Cole defeat the Beast. Nix is a New Marais native that grew up in the swamps around New Marias, whose hatred for Bertrand stems from witnessing him kill her family. She is your hedonistic guide that coaxes Cole into not thinking about the consequences of his actions.
There will be multiple crossroads where Cole will decide to follow Kuo's lead or give into Nix's temptations. Your choices will directly affect the gameplay by permanently remaining in the world. Whatever path you choose, remember that in inFAMOUS 2 you can always change your mind. It's never too late to look for redemption... or to say "to hell with it" and become...
158w ago - Update: Some new Sony Ericsson Z1 PSP PlayStation Phone videos (below) are now available courtesy of Engadget.com.
Just over a month back we saw the first pictures of the Sony Ericsson Z1 PSP PlayStation phone, and today TechBlog.gr (linked above) has revealed what appears to be the first leaked video of it in action.
To quote, roughly translated: Fell to my Sony Ericsson Z1 (menu Settings - About Phone, listed as Zeus).
Its shape resembles the Vivaz, well rounded corners and four buttons hard keys at the bottom of the screen 4 inches. The device I saw was wearing a version Android 2.3 Gingerbread.
Very good sense of the touch screen, very good multi-touch and a general and uniform sykgrotimeno result, despite being a prototype. I saw a demo of Qualcomm with animated graphics that play excellent mobile phone!
It seemed to shoot some tanks while we were returning the camera around them by close-ups to make. Sony is preparing its own Application Store with Games for...
162w ago - Today Production Coordinator William Weissbaum has revealed alongside a video the God of War Collection: Lost Atlantis level for PS3, as follows:
With the recent release of God of War: Ghost of Sparta, players now have the opportunity to explore Atlantis on the PSP.
But this isn't the first time Atlantis was going to be featured in a God of War game. Back in 2005, Senior Level Designer Jonathan Hawkins was given his first assignment on God of War II - create an epic experience set in the fabled lost city of Atlantis.
Unfortunately, after months of work, Jonathan's designs had to be cut from the game due to some high-level changes. Afterwards, he went on to create some of the more memorable moments and puzzles in God of War II, such as the heart pounding Grapple Bridge sequence.
In honor of God of War Collection being release in HD on the PSN, we have delved into the Santa Monica Studio archives and found the never-before-seen layouts and sketches of this lost level.
In the video above, Jonathan walks us through his designs and the heartbreak...

Joel Yarger, the Music Supervisor of God of War: Ghost of Sparta leads the charge this week with a behind-the-scenes look (and audio samples) for the Original Soundtrack.
I'm Joel Yarger, Music Supervisor on God of War: Ghost of Sparta, and I bring the sound of music to the PlayStation.Blog today. As you probably already know, God of War: Ghost of Sparta is the second God of War game from Ready At Dawn Studios and I think it outdoes their previous effort, Chains of Olympus, in pretty much every way!
