238w ago - Today SCEA Producer Taku Imasaki has shared a video interview with Jay Leno discussing Gran Turismo for the PlayStation Portable.

To quote: As many of you might know, comedian and nightly talk-show host Jay Leno is a gearhead through and through. His passion for cars is legendary, and so is his vast garage.

It was in this very garage that the Qore crew caught up with Jay to talk about his inclusion in the upcoming Gran Turismo title for PSP, which is due out this Thursday, Oct 1 on UMD and as a digital download.

Jay Leno lent his iconic voice to Gran Turismo game and his Voice Over can be heard from the first time you fire up the game on PSP. Check out the video segment below that ran in the September issue of Qore on PSN.

To quote: Short and sweet- Just shown at the end of a media event for White Knight Chronicles, this interview with Team ICO Director and Game Designer Fumito Ueda.

Following the Q&A, see some brand new game footage of The Last Guardian.

239w ago - Today Sony's Social Media Senior Specialist Chris Morell has shared an Uncharted 2 interview with Naughty Dog and news of a special X-Play episode tonight, as follows:

You might remember back at PAX, we sent out a Tweet asking what you'd want to ask Naughty Dog Creative Director Amy Hennig about Uncharted 2: Among Thieves.

Well, we had an overwhelming response to say the least, and in this interview Amy touches on everything from the game's adventure aspects and the power of the PS3 to Cinema Mode/Machinima and crispy veggie bacon. Don't ask, just watch.

And be sure to tune in to G4 tonight at 6:30PM ET/PT for a 30-minute special episode of X-Play that features a behind-the-scenes visit to Naughty Dog.

Video: PS3 Motion Controller - Part II: Interview with R&D

241w ago - Sony's Social Media Senior Specialist Chris Morell is back with the second part of the PS3 Motion Controller R&D Interview today.

To quote: Last week, we introduced Part I in a series of posts focusing on the recently announced PlayStation motion controller. Senior Researcher, Richard Marks, shed some light on the PlayStation Eye's camera technology and how the motion controller works.

We know you guys are eager to learn more, so this week we're talking to Anton Mikhailov, a software engineer (and right hand man to Richard Marks) in SCEA's Research & Development department. You may recognize Anton from the motion controller demonstration at this year's E3 presentation.

Anton was gracious enough to break down the new controller's PVC origins and some of the possible applications for this new technology. Check out the video below for more details.
