112w ago - Square Enix Associate Product Manager Charles McCarter has unveiled the official launch trailer for Moon Diver today, which hits PSN on March 29, 2011.
To quote: We showed the first video for Moon Diver at E3 last year. And, although all we had on the floor was a video, the response was overwhelming.
People wanted to know when they would be able to get their hands on "that game that looks like Strider." Well, that time is fast approaching, as Moon Diver is part of the PlayStation Network's Spring Fever promotion.
Moon Diver puts you in the role of one of five elite warriors who have been given orders to reclaim the Earth after a horrible catastrophe. It's a tough job, to be sure, which is why you don't have to go it alone. Up to three friends can join you in either local or on-line coop as you hack, slash, jump, and slice your way to saving humanity.
Working together, you're stronger, and nowhere is that more evident than in the powerful combos called Moonsault Combinations that you and your friends can execute together. Sure, the enemies are really bad. And some are really big. But with a little hard work,...
112w ago - Today Ross McGrath of the SCEE PlayStation Store Team has posted up this weeks European PSN updates, as follows:
It's a monster week as we see the launch of Dissidia 012 [duodecim] on Friday, but today we have Prologus for you, bundled with a free Aerith support character for use in the main game.
Old Josh Walker has asked me to mention that we now have a digital version of DC Universe available on the Store - so if you've been holding out on giving this one a try you can download it today - comes with a 30 day trial too.
ITCHY. TASTY. AWESOME. Finally, Resident Evil: Director's Cut makes it to the EU PSN Store - this is easily the most requested PSone title you lot have ever asked for so please show it some love. Let's hope Resident Evil 2 doesn't take another three years to show up. (That was a joke, don't panic).
Konami furnishes us with their side-scrolling blaster, Hard Corps: Uprising and a few nuggets of day one DLC to expand your character roster.
We've also got demos of the excellent Marvel Pinball and WWE AllStars for you guys to try before you buy.
Plenty of DLC too, including new costumes for LittleBigPlanet 2 and a bundle of three recently released NFS Hot Pursuit packs, so fill your collective boots.

Our first-party domination continues with PlayStation Move Heroes dropping this week.
When six of PlayStation's iconic heroes team up to take on evil, the fanboy in me can get into quiet a wired up tizzy. Especially when Ratchet and Jak are on the box cover with a giant PlayStation Move sticker to sweeten up the deal.
A raider of tombs, receives her own remastering in high definition on Blu-Ray this week with Tomb Raider Legends and Tomb Raider Anniversary dawn a polygonal refresh. Toss in a ton of extras and Tomb Raider Underworld, and you've got yourself a PlayStation collection ripe with content.
The PlayStation Network brings a wealth of titles and demos as well, continuing the trend each and every week of mammoth releases. This week's The Drop promises to entice and please your gaming taste-buds.
PlayStation Move Heroes -- Together for the first time, PlayStation's legendary heroes Ratchet, Clank, Jak, Daxter, Sly and Bentley, ban together to defeat a villainous duo in this wildly humorous adventure for the PlayStation Move....
113w ago - Today Producer Brynley Gibson at Zoe Mode has shared a video announcing that Chime Super Deluxe hits PSN on March 29, 2011 and includes four-player multiplayer.
To quote: We're excited to announce that Chime Super Deluxe will be released and available to download from the PlayStation Store on 29th of March in the US. We can't wait!
In the meantime, I would like to tell you a little more about what Super Chime Deluxe has in store for you.
To play the game, you have to place down irregular-shaped blocks one at a time on the grid, fit them together 3 X 3 or more and you will build a quad. The quads score you points and this creates coverage, which fills the grid.
The challenge is to fill the grid before the time runs out. This core rule set alongside multipliers, time bonuses, block fragment crashes and more create an addictive and mesmerising strategic experience.
But where does the music come in? Each block you place plays a note, and a different note depending on where it is placed. Every quad you create plays a longer musical phrase depending on the size and shape of it. The backing track is driven forward depending on how much coverage you have. The composition of the music is therefore remixed by you as you play.
