249w ago - Sony's Social Media Manager Jeff Rubenstein has shared a video interview today with Blade Kitten PSN Developer Steve Stamatiadis, as follows:

Last month, [Register or Login to view links] Steve Stamatiadis introduced you to Blade Kitten, an upcoming hi def 2D action game coming exclusively to PSN this Spring. It's about time we hear more about the cat-girl with the pink hair, yeah?

Good thing "Space Captain" Steve flew in from Brisbane, Australia to show off [Register or Login to view links] to us during GDC.

In this interview, Steve talks about the game's origins as a comic-book-meant-to-be-the-origin-for-a-game, the game's vivid art style, and when you're going to get to play it - along with some never-before-seen video.

Let us know what you think so far, and I'll pass your feedback to Krome!

God of War III PS3 Interview with Design Director Todd Papy

200°
250w ago - Today Sony's Social Media Senior Specialist Chris Morell has posted a God of War III PS3 interview with Design Director Todd Papy, as follows:

Last week, I was lucky enough to attend our [Register or Login to view links] event in Hollywood, where we revealed the opening portion of the game to press. Yes, as you could imagine, jaws dropped.

I'm not going to spoil anything here, and frankly, I made sure to keep my head turned for the majority of hands-on time because I'm all about going in fresh when I finally have retail copy in hand.

But, in addition to hosting the event, key members of the Santa Monica Studios development team were on hand to chat. Last week you [Register or Login to view links] for Stig, but unfortunately, he was sick and very limited during the event.

So we're saving most of those up for when we talk to Stig during [Register or Login to view links] next week. But Design Director Todd Papy was nice enough to fill in (and he's an insanely cool guy), so we sat down to talk God of War III, and I couldn't help but throw a few of your questions his way. Hope you like it.

And make sure that if you do have more questions for Stig, drop them in this post via...

Square Enix Final Fantasy XIII PS3 Interview: Kitase & Toriyama

300°
253w ago - Sony's Social Media Senior Specialist Chris Morell has shared a Final Fantasy XIII PS3 interview today with Producer Yoshinori Kitase and Director Motomu Toriyama.

To quote: We're heading up to San Francisco later today to speak with Mr. Kitase and Mr. Toriyama, as well as [Register or Login to view links]'s Battle Director Yuji Abe for the first time.

So now's the time to get those final questions out there (That's Final Fantasy XIII only, so please keep your questions on that topic. They won't be discussing anything Versus- or Agito-related). We're almost exactly a month out from the game's release, after all!

I asked for your [Register or Login to view links] interview questions and you responded [Register or Login to view links].

Thanks so much for your many questions – they were far too numerous for me to ask them all, but I hope you agree that I covered all the important ones with the game's Producer, Yoshinori Kitase, and Director, Motomu Toriyama. Can you believe it's only four weeks until the game is in our hands? It's been a long wait, but we're almost...

Submit Your Final Fantasy XIII PS3 Interview Questions to Sony

300°
256w ago - Today SCEE Social Media Manager Jem Alexander has announced that Sony is seeking your Final Fantasy XIII PS3 interview questions, which can be submitted via the link above on the European PlayStation Blog.

To quote: I still have to pinch myself to test that I'm not dreaming, but it only results in my arms being covered in bruises. Which means just one thing: Final Fantasy XIII really is releasing in less than two months time.

Okay, two things: Final Fantasy XIII really is releasing in less than two months and I need to cut my nails.

Luckily the wait will be slightly less painful for me because later today I'll be seeing the English version of Final Fantasy XIII in action and asking some questions to the game's producer, Yoshinori Kitase, and director, Motomu Toriyama. I can't bring you guys along and let you play the game with me (even though I'd love to!), but I can get your questions answered.

So make sure you fill up the comments section with your most burning questions and I'll pick the best ones tonight to ask to the guys behind the game.

Unfortunately it looks like I'm not going to get this one video'd, but at least this means you'll get your hands on the answers sooner.
