111w ago - Dark Energy Digital Senior Creative Designer Rob Hewson has announced today alongside a video trailer that Hydrophobia Prophecy will be hitting PSN Tuesday with PlayStation Move support.
Below are the details, to quote: Launching a game is always a frantic, exciting time, especially when you are a small, close-knit team. The PlayStation Network launch of Hydrophobia Prophecy on November 1st is no exception; in fact we're even more excited than usual to have it launch as Game of the Month on PlayStation Plus, and we're really grateful to PlayStation for getting behind the game.
For those of you unfamiliar with the game, Hydrophobia Prophecy is third-person action adventure with a sci-fi twist and a unique dynamic feature; our custom HydroEngine fluid dynamics technology. It's a full physics simulation for flowing water - the only one of it's kind in games, which allows water to wash dynamically around the environments, carrying objects and characters along with it.
If you're a sucker for water or game physics, then it really is a sight to behold - we're very fortunate here at Dark Energy to have some incredibly talented tech-heads!
HydroEngine allows us to deliver dynamic and unique physics-based...

To quote: InFamous: Festival of Blood will be available on the PlayStation Store in just a couple days: Tuesday, October 25th in North America for $9.99, and $7.99 for PlayStation Plus members (you can even pre-order now on the PlayStation Store).
Play it with the classic DualShock or try it out with PlayStation Move support!
Before you get your hands on the game, we had Animation Director Billy Harper and Marketing Director Ken Schramm pack their bags for a whirlwind three-day tour spanning 5,668 miles, two coasts, three cities, and over 20 interviews with press from North America and beyond. It was an amazing couple of days of sharing the latest adventure in the inFAMOUS universe.
We have been pretty quiet about Festival of Blood since we teased you with a clip revealing Bloody Mary at PAX. Since then we have been hard at work crafting this next adventure, adding in all the final details and finishing touches on this standalone game to make the perfect purchase right in time for Halloween.
This press tour allowed us to pull the curtain back and give one big preview before the game comes out next week. Billy and...

116w ago - Eiconic Managing Director Graeme Monk has announced today that Mercury HG is sliding onto PlayStation Network this coming Tuesday.
To quote: If you enjoy casual, pick-up-and-play puzzle games, then get ready for an experience, because Mercury Hg is going to rock - and roll! From the developers of Polar Panic and Arctic Adventures comes an update to this PSP classic.
First, a bit of history about the periodic table of the elements. Mercury is metal that has a peculiar trait: it's a liquid at room temperature! It's also a highly toxic substance to play with - unless it's done digitally, of course.
In Mercury Hg, the core premise is to guide a blob of mercury around a tilting puzzle maze while collecting bonuses, reaching the finish as quickly as possible with as much of the blob left as you can.
Mercury was first released on the PSP in 2005, and updated again in 2006 as Mercury Meltdown. This Tuesday, we'll be releasing it in HD for the first time as Mercury Hg - pun intended!
When UTV Ignition approached us to develop a PS3 version of their popular IP, we wanted to update the franchise to appeal to today's gamer. We designed an entirely new look for the game, drawing inspiration...
