To quote: Here is another update to They Do Not Die 2.
I had added corpses and blood but I’ve removed them because I don’t know how to make them fade away progressively and I find it extremely distracting seeing them just disappear instantly (for performance reasons there needs to be a limit on how many can exist at any given time).
If anyone knows how to go about doing that I would greatly appreciate an example of it. Basically what I’m looking for is the PSL1GHT equivalent of glColor4f. I assume the answer involves shaders which I am sadly fairly ignorant about making and using.
Added two player co-op play (shared screen).
There are now cars and boxes scattered around the city.
Data is stored more efficiently in game saves and as a result of that saving and loading is faster.
From the developer: This tool provides the ability to auto-compile PS3 HG based pkg's. Just a straight forward pkg builder, doesn't require cygwin, doesn't modify the eboot or param, gets the job done much quicker than my old patcher. same folder structure, drag - drop, etc.
Fixed many potential bugs, also made it intercept psn_package_npdrm's output so you can see it work.
I originally posted make_pkg because I saw Mr GoodFrag's tutorial using one of my old very poorly coded patcher to compile the pkg.
So since I had coded make_pkg for myself some months ago, I figured it could save people using that tutorial the hassle of compiling pkg's and so I went ahead and posted it.
But unfortunately, when I do post something, it's almost always buggy because I haven't thoroughly tested it for...
137w ago - Today TeamSOS have updated their PlayStation 3 cheat homebrew application to PS3 Cheat Enabler version 1.3 which now includes the ability to make CHEAT PKG files for use on both PS3 backups and original games.
Added ability of reading from both param.sfo files and encrypted eboots of games for the contentID (increases game compatibility with patches and updates, You still use the disc eboot to create the cheat pkg, of course, but you can also give it the npdrm eboot its replacing and it will match its information for increase compatibility)
PS3 keys folder check added (If the folder cannot be found, the application will shutdown instantly)
Cheat Database Updated, added few more games and updated some games with more cheats.
Well, guess thats it! Hope you have a blast!
This application requires a set of decryption keys to unself the EBOOT.BIN file. All you have to do is download the ps3 keys and place them in your user folder. On Windows 7 that's in:
