We're putting two of the most popular PS3 titles of 2013 together to bring you the PS3 Black Friday Bundle for only $199 (MSRP). This bundle includes a 250GB PS3, Batman Arkham Origins, and The Last of Us - one of the highest-rated games of the year. That's $165 worth of savings.
So Black Friday is the perfect time to pick up a PS3, and we're continuing to bring you great content on the platform. Gran Turismo 6, the latest entry in one of the most popular franchises in PlayStation history, will launch exclusively on PS3 on December 6th. 3w ago - Sony Associate Producer Michael Pulst shared a video today proclaiming that Tearaway and PlayStation Vita are a match made in heaven.
To quote: Hello again! We do hope you've been enjoying our Behind the Scenes Tearaway mini-series. For the fourth video in our little collection, we wanted to show you why this papery platforming adventure really couldn't have been made for any other device or console.
On your quest to help iota or atoi deliver their very special message to you, you'll solve perplexing puzzles with the tilt; defeat your enemies with the front touch pad; capture and customize your journey together with the front and rear cameras and microphone; and, best of all, reach into the game with the rear touch pad. It truly is a "hands-in" experience (sorry).
Don't forget there's still over a week to pre-order Tearaway and also secure our Special Delivery pre-order bonus items. Week one orders at the PS Store will also include the bonus items so those who prefer the digital version will not miss out!

3w ago - Sony Community Manager James Spafford is here with a new behind the scene video today spotlighting the music of Tearaway on PlayStation Vita.
To quote: Tearaway is out in just over a week and we can't wait for you to play it! To get you even more excited, take a little peek at the third video in our series looking at all the bits and bobs that make Tearaway the unique and special thing that it is.
This one will tell you all about the splendid sounds and music we made especially for the game, including a completely bespoke original score.
This very special soundtrack is inspired by all sorts of folklore and legends, and even features snippets of some sea shanties our Head of Audio Kenny Young wrote for the game, one of which made it into our Sogport trailer back in January.
If that doesn't make you want to ride a pig through a beautiful paper world we don't know what will.
You can get your hands on the Tearaway Original Soundtrack first with the Special Delivery Pre-Order Pack available both at your favorite retailer and on the PS Store for a limited time - so if you like what you hear, head over to the store and pre-order...
3w ago - Sony Product Manager Alex Moyet unveiled the Tearaway PlayStation Vita TV advert video premiere today with details below.
To quote: Just 10 DAYS to go until the launch of Tearaway on PS Vita - too much excitement! To help you while away the days why not take a little peek at the premiere of our official Tearaway TV ad.
The TV ad was filmed over two days in a studio in South Africa and includes a marvellous combination of CG, live action, puppet wizardry and - of course - papercraft! The set building team painstakingly crafted a stunning miniature paper set inspired by the world of Tearaway, including the snowy peaks of Gibbet Hill and the lush verdure of Valleyfold.
Have a look at some behind the scenes snaps:
With every tear, rip, fold and tab, a lot of love was put into the creating the set, from crafting a perilous ravine....
...to organising an entire production line just for trees!
And of course no Tearaway ad would be complete without a fearsome wendigo! Although this one needed a little bit of help standing up. Perhaps he was tired.
We hope you enjoy it - let us know what you think and don't forget there's still time to pre-order...
4w ago - Following up on the previous announcement, today Sony has released an official PlayStation Vita TV FAQ with many questions answered below.
To quote: Sony Computer Entertainment Japan and Asia just released an extensive FAQ for the PlayStation Vita TV, answering a lot of common, and some not so common questions about the upcoming hardware.
Of course the FAQ is fully in Japanese, as the PS Vita still doesn’t have a western release date, but since many are hungry for more information on the lovely little device that Sony is so cruelly keeping away from our greedy western hands, I included a full translation below.
Q: Do I need the PlayStation Vita to play with the PlayStation Vita TV?
A: You don’t need the PlayStation Vita to play with the PlayStation Vita TV, however there are a few things you do need.
