5w ago - HumaNature Studios Founder Greg Johnson made available a video today on discovering humanity in Doki-Doki Universe which arrives this December.
To quote: Greetings fellow humans! I'm Greg Johnson (creator of Toejam and Earl) and I run HumaNature Studios, the small Northern Ca. studio that has been busy building Doki-Doki Universe for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3 and PS Vita. I hope you'll enjoy seeing the trailer and pretty soon, our game.
I'm here today to talk a bit about how we're creating Doki Doki Universe, which will be available in December 2013 for PS4, PS3, and PS Vita.
In Doki-Doki Universe you play the role of a forlorn little robot named Model QT377665 (QT3 for short). You have been abandoned by your human family and are about to get scrapped by the factory that made you, unless you can prove that you're able to learn more about what it means to be human.
On your journey to become more human, you travel across planets and meet all sorts of crazy characters to help solve their problems. You can even take fun personality quizzes where the doctor will evaluate your progress. Along the way, we hope you find something out about yourself too.
7w ago - Today a screenshot has surfaced showing the Friends List crossover from PS3 to PS4, which depicts a user playing Killzone: Shadow Fall on PlayStation 4, seen on friends list on the PlayStation 3.
To quote: "Someone recently leaked a screenshot showing what is the first ever PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 3 crossover.
As you can see in the above image, this is the first case of a PS4/PS3 crossover. If you do not understand what's going on in the picture allow me to explain. If you have a PlayStation Vita, then you know that you can see what everyone on your friends list is playing. The only difference is that PS3 users can't see what PlayStation Vita users are playing... yet.
This looks to NOT be the case with the PlayStation 4, because as you can clearly see, this XMB shot was taken from a PS3. It's only a matter of time until the PS4 arrives and this screenshot is only building my anticiption more and more."
7w ago - Just a few days after the previous PS4 Red Line of Death (PS4 RLOD) report, today another video surfaces of a PlayStation 4 freezing leaving some speculating whether the system has overheating and stability problems.
To quote: "Footage of PS4 freezing, apparently after heating up while running, has popped up online. The video comes from a French outlet called Gamekyo on livestream, while they are demonstrating the game Knack.
It is a brief minute and a half video, showing two presenters talking while a cutscene from the game plays out. At this point, the system is offscreen, and has apparently been opened up. One presenter notices that the system is emitting heat and places his hands near it, and the other does the same and concurs. They talk to a Sony person offscreen, and then go on a few more seconds like nothing happened.
And then, close to the middle of it, the game starts freezing. One presenter takes a long glance at the system, and then glances to the screen. The game starts moving again, but the framerate dips completely. They try to go home, and then enter back in, but this does not fix...
