120w ago - Update: Telegraph has now confirmed that Sony's Next Generation Portable (NGP) console will utilize NVG cards to provide an extra layer of security, to quote:

"NGP games will come on an 'NVG card', a flash based memory system that will also be able to store downloadable content. When pressed, Hirai said the NVG card was developed to 'add an extra layer of security' in order to deter piracy, a hot topic after recent PlayStation 3 hacks."
