179w ago - Just a few weeks back Sony revised their PSN Terms of Service for PlayStation Plus, and this weekend Examiner.com (linked above) reports that the PlayStation Network TOS have been updated once again to reflect PS3 3D gaming.
According to Forum user TheShroomster, Sony is also sending out the new Terms via e-mail for registered users to review.
"Some people may experience discomfort (such as eye strain, eye fatigue or nausea) while watching 3D video images or playing stereoscopic 3D games on 3D televisions. If you experience such discomfort, you should immediately discontinue use of your television until the discomfort subsides.

When you hop online with your PlayStation 3 or PSP console next, the PSN Terms of Service update you will be asked to agree to states Type 2 content (outlined below) may be unavailable if you don't renew your subscription immediately at the end of each period.
Essentially this means your PSN and PS1 games, PS3 and PSP Minis and PlayStation 3 downloadable content may become inaccessible if you don't keep your subscription current.
