It took three and a third innings for the scoring to start, and with back-to-back doubles from Carlos Gomez and Andrew McCutchen in the top of the 4th, the NL got on the board first. The AL responded in the bottom half of the inning when Andrew Jones singled, stole second, and hustled home on a Josh Donaldson base hit.

• Almost 10 million games played so far
• Over 200,000 Road to The Show careers started

After a small delay we're happy to let MLB 14: The Show for PS4 out into the wild, so get your bat and pitching arm all set for a game of round... I mean baseball!

Soul Sacrifice Delta, an expanded version of last year's PS Vita action RPG hit is here. Delta boasts additional enemy princesses not as elegant looking as you would otherwise know them, the option to now join the order of Grim and more. Delta includes the full game, so anyone who didn't jump on last year can do so without any worries.

To quote: It's been a little over a month since we launched MLB 14 The Show on PS3 and PS Vita. We're gratified by the positive feedback we've received for new features like Quick Counts and Player Lock, and we're blown away by the creativity on display in the new Community Challenges mode.

We recognize there's a great deal of anticipation to see the next generation of The Show finally debut, and we're proud to announce that MLB 14 The Show is available today for PS4. Already picked up the PS3 and PS Vita versions?

You can carry over all of your saved progress; we know of some folks who've already pored dozens of hours into their Road to the Show character, and we want to make sure that none of that progress gets lost.





As you may know, one of our other big save-related innovations this year involves the ability for your progress this year to carry over into next year and beyond. We know it's not something you can test now, but we're confident you'll love it when 2015 rolls around.

19w ago - Sony Community Manager Ramone Russell at San Diego Studios revealed a fresh MLB 14 The Show PlayStation 4 trailer for PS4 fans below!

To quote: We know there's a great deal of anticipation to witness the next generation of baseball video games, and we're proud to unveil the first trailer for MLB 14 The Show on PS4.

On display are the completely rebuilt stadiums, the redone lighting engine (check out the self-shadowing at night), vastly more detailed crowds, grass and player hair rendered down to the last blade/strand, and much more.

Plus, since all three versions of MLB 14 The Show (PS3, PS4, and PS Vita) support cross save functionality, anyone who already picked up this year's game will be able to easily carry their progress over to PS4 when it launches.
