Just over a week ago it was reported that Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 for XBox 360 was leaked early to the Internet.
Since then, a pirate who advertised his services of Modern Warfare 2 and an XBox 360 before the street launch of the game has been busted by Activision with the help of an online detective they hired.
Less than a week after Electronic Arts announced Battlefield: Bad Company 2 Limited Edition comes a leak of some tank gameplay footage.

According to MW2Blog (linked above), the inevitable has happened for one of this season's big XBox 360 videogame releases... the XBox 360 (PAL) version of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 has apparently been leaked 11 days early on the Internet.
A screenshot (below) shows what appears to be a number of the achievements and many of the various chapter names for the game.
