16w ago - Following up on the previous rumor, today an anonymous retailer schedule purports that the PlayStation 4 will be launching on October 21 although the PS4 was listed as an unnamed Sony console.
Below are the details, to quote: "Here's a juicy rumor for potential PlayStation 4 buyers. According to a NeoGaf user by the name of Nealand Liquor a listing for an unnamed Sony console notes the release date as October 21. Barring Sony working on a PlayStation 3 revision or a PS Vita 2, this release date falls within the rumored release window for the PlayStation 4.
Nealand, however, is persuaded that the listing is absolutely the PlayStation 4 and believes the release date to be officially confirmed by Sony. He states that in previous product release schedules revisions like slim consoles are listed by their official names, where new platforms like the Wii U, 3DS and Vita are only referenced as a Nintendo / Sony console. He also states that release dates, if unconfirmed, are listed as TBA. If a release date is listed, it has been confirmed by the product's company.
"Rumor: Our internal product release schedule from head office dropped yesterday and on Oct 21st an unnamed Sony console will...

173w ago - With PlayStation Move hitting PlayStation Home, even more video footage is surfacing along with a launch date for PS3 fans in Singapore.
According to GameSpot.com, Singapore is set to be the first south-east Asian country to score Sony's motion-sensing add-on for the PlayStation 3 entertainment system, which will arrive on September 15, 2010.
Below is a new Sony PlayStation Move demo video courtesy of V3 via YouTube, and to quote from the video's caption:
"Table Tennis will never be quite the same with Sony's Move motion controller game system that is a bit like Wii only with glowing orbs on.
At Amazon's Christmas Wish List event Suki from Sony demonstrated the Move motion controller with panache. To be released in Europe from 15 September for the PlayStation 3, the Move motion controller will be priced at around £40 but you will also need the PlayStation Eye camera and that will cost about another £30.
You might also want to get the PlayStation Move charging station, to charge up to two Move controllers at once without having to connect them to the PS3 system, and that will set you back about another £30.
