Actually, the most exciting thing in the update today (for me at least) is the Theme Park for PS1.
Talking about things that we don’t get in the US store... EU store already has the Theme Hospital, C&C and Red Alert and we have nothing in the US store... Come on Sony!

Atari and Eden Games have given the title a blazing rework for its PLAYSTATION 3 system debut on November 18.

Atari has announced that Alone in the Dark has been reworked for the PlayStation 3 and will debut this November under the name Alone in the Dark: Inferno.
Gameplay elements including camera, inventory system, and hero control have all been retooled for maximum immersion and fun. In addition, Alone in the Dark: Inferno will include an all-new action sequence revealing a previously unseen enemy of epic proportions. A demo is planned for early November.

The lawyer in the case says he will proceed with efforts to depose Gates unless Microsoft settles for at least $25 million.
The lawyer for the family of a teenage girl who was horribly burned in a house fire allegedly sparked by a faulty Xbox game console is threatening to have Microsoft (NSDQ: MSFT) chairman Bill Gates testify about the safety of his company's offshore manufacturing practices.
Attorney William Tinning said in a letter to Microsoft last week that he would seek "an apex deposition for Mr. Gates given his worldwide speeches about the inadequacies of capitalism and the need for his Warren Buffet-funded charitable trust to bridge the gap.
"This is in direct contrast with his business organization policies," wrote Tinning. Microsoft is "one of the largest employers of low wage earners in China for products built to the specification of his company which have resulted in massive recalls for safety issues," he added.

FXLab Studios, a leading developer of high-quality game products for PCs and video game consoles, has tied up with Yash Raj Films to develop a video game titled D:2.5, based on the hit Bollywood thriller Dhoom 2.
This is the first time an Indian movie is being made into a full-length PC game. The game is set in a 3D world, featuring characters which resemble those in the movie.
