Assassin's Creed II is set to be released on the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 in North America on November 17, 2009 and in PAL regions on November 20, 2009.

The Windows version of the game was originally scheduled to be released at the same time, however Ubisoft later announced that it would be delayed until the first quarter of 2010.

The folks over at IGN went over the latest issue of Famitsu magazine and revealed that Final Fantasy XIII won't require a PS3 HDD installation.

They also made a comment on loading times, and how the only time you will see them is when the transition from town to field occurs.
