The very first inFAMOUS 2 User-Generated Content Pack is available now on the Playstation Network, and it's completely free!

In the coming weeks and months, we will be releasing more free content updates that will add new objects to User Generated Content (UGC).

In this first of many UGC updates, you'll gain access to a number of vehicles from the single-player missions of inFAMOUS 2: Bertrand's Limo, Bertrand's Semi-Truck, the New Marais Police Car, the Ambulance, and a bike. Heal injured pedestrians from the flipped over ambulance and protect them from the swarm of enemies.

Help the New Marais Police department from incoming attack from the Vermaak 88 Ice Soldiers. Or hunt down that pesky bicycle thief.

Over 50,000 user-created missions have been submitted to inFAMOUS 2 and you'll need a way to find the missions you want to play. We are happy to announce Missions Search: Simply pause the game, bring up your UGC menu, and search by any term you wish, including PSN user names.

132w ago - Following up on his previous Guide to Compile PS3 Homebrew via PSL1GHT, today Scognito posted on Sconsole which details a simple function for printing strings on PS3 for developers.

What I need to start porting Scogger is to print some debug information (like screen size, sprites information and such), but unfortunately for me STDOUT and STDERR are redirected to the lv2 TTY interface.

Right now there are two ways I know for printing debug informations:

• using Kammy
• using libcairo font support provided by ps3libraries

Altought these are valid alternatives, they represent a complexity level that is too much for my lazyness: Kammy requires PS3 attached to the router via ethernet cable, plus it prints information to a pc, not to the screen. Most important it needs a peek/poke capable payaload, and my PSJailbreak dongle doesn't have it.

264w ago - Today we received word from the guys over at www.XCM.cc that they made a few videos demonstrating the XFPS Rapid Fire functionality.

You simply need to switch on the Turbo Keys and to obtain Rapid Fire. Yes, your UNFAIR ADVANTAGE to rule the game.

Also, XPFS 3.0 Sniper Plus allows you to remap any buttons from your controller to the keyboard. You can make a key to execute a custom-made set of commands. It's simple to do, and you then have the ideal keyboard for games!
