But ladies and gentleman, the news doesn't end there. We have completely updated the Limited Edition Packaging with this gorgeous HD render of Tidus and Yuna, which I just absolutely fell in love with when I first saw this image.
We also updated the concept artbook with Yoshitaka Amano's iconic image from Final Fantasy X and X-2. Why did we update it, you ask? It will all make sense later, I promise.
For those of you that didn't know about this until now, you can still pre-order the game and receive a free upgrade to the Limited Edition with the exclusive concept artbook packaging, but quantity is very limited!

15w ago - Sony Computer Entertainment Europe French Community Manager Aurelie Reman shared an interview today covering the past, present, and future of Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn below.
To quote: Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn launches tomorrow on PS3. To celebrate the launch, PlayStation.Blog sat down with Producer and Director Naoki Yoshida to talk over A Realm Reborn's long gestation and epic ambitions.
PlayStation.Blog: Which element of A Realm Reborn is most going to surprise PlayStation players?
Naoki Yoshida: I think one of the big things will be the amazing graphics, which really push the limits of PS3's technical capabilities, as well as the fact that this is an MMORPG experience. Also, MMORPGs are most usually controlled using a keyboard and mouse, but our Cross Hot Bar system we've developed specifically for the DualShock allows for smooth and exciting play, so that's another area of interest for PS3 players.
PSB: What improvements have you made since the original PC release of Final Fantasy XIV?
Yoshida: I think that improvements can be roughly split into three areas: to regain the trust of the players, to fundamentally rebuild the game experience from the ground up, and - most...
16w ago - Square-Enix Community Manager Lee Williams shared a video today showcasing the remastered music in Final Fantasy X HD on PlayStation 3 below.
To quote: You might have gathered that it's Gamescom week, so there have been lots of goodies coming in recently - like a lovely little trailer comparing some of the gameplay from the original Final Fantasy X with footage from the new HD Remaster version.
It shows off a sequence of battles, focusing on the Overdrive attacks. Check out the difference between SD and HD!
But the new thing we're showing off here, is the arranged version of the battle music!
It's worth pointing out that more than 60 tracks from the original Final Fantasy X soundtrack have been rearranged or remastered in HD audio in the new edition.
Excited much? The game's currently slated for launch this year, and will be available for PS3 and PS Vita. We'll have more soon, so keep checking back!
21w ago - Square Enix Head of Community Phil Elliott shared a new trailer and gameplay details today for Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII fans below.
To quote: Time for a juicy bunch of new details for Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII, this time focusing on the battle system, plus a new location and costume too.
First up, some screens from Yusnaan, the city of revelry, focusing in on one area in particular - The Slaughterhouse. As the name implies, it's not the most savory of destinations... it's home to nightly battles between mighty combatants in a brutal arena. I'm pretty sure you can figure out who's going to end up getting involved in all that, eh?
Also, time to lift the lid on a nice little sync-up with Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII by way of some more costume links - this one allowing you to don the garb of the famous Miqo'te character from the forthcoming PS3 and PS4 MMO, Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn. You'll be able to equip the Lominsan Cutlass and Escutcheon to give you some awesome rapid attacks and leave enemies dead in your wake.
And last, but by no means least, a bit more detail on the game's battle system. In some battles, you can destroy sections of a foe, and if you succeed in disabling a specific area then the enemy will not...
